The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coke moves in looking to clinch but Noel pushes him off.
Danga de danga de dang - Coke scores with a four punch combination!
Coke throws a shot to the body.
A jab from Coke does it's job there.
Coke feints a jab promting Noel to slip. Coke then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Noel slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Coke shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Coke was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Noel is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Oh Menzies is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Williamson throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Menzies's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Williamson dives in looking to finish as Menzies flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Williamson's strikes! Williamson is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Menzies's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Menzies was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
