The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Engine is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Engine fails in his attempt to clinch. Engine tries to bum rush Cobain with a series of wild strikes but Cobain uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Engine closes the distance looking to clinch and Cobain moves into the clinch. Cobain jumps guard.
Cobain wriggles free and stands up. Engine moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Kurt Cobain has been cut. Engine is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Engine throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dal throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Midgard takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Dal is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Midgard throws a right and a left that Dal avoids nicely. Midgard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dal really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Midgard throws a series of punches but Dal avoids them all with ease. Dal throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Midgard. Midgard closes the distance and lands a one-two. Dal misses with the combination.
Midgard lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dal circles away quickly and effectively. Midgard digs a good hook to Dal's body.

Gracie drops back, looking for a kneebar! Vos looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Vos looks to have wriggled free...
