7 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Dean Pope! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Joseph Jones and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pope moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. A head kick misses from Kjeldsson. Kjeldsson misses with a wild combination.
Kjeldsson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kjeldsson fails to land with a series of punches.
Pope throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kjeldsson's waist but Kjeldsson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pope off to one side. Pope shoots in for a takedown but Kjeldsson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kjeldsson fakes the leg kick and cracks Pope in the body. Pope has a takedown stuffed. Pope shoots in looking for a takedown but Kjeldsson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pope's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Pope seems to have recovered his senses. Kjeldsson connects with a body shot that sends Pope's belly button to the back. Pope throws a right and a left that both miss. Pope takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pope, into his guard. Pope escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kjeldsson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kjeldsson lands a couple of decent looking shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Il cracks Carpio with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Il pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Il keeps the fight on the outside. Carpio shoots in for a takedown but Il shows good takedown defense. Il scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Carpio throws a low kick but it's checked well by Il. Carpio takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Good leg kick by Il there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Carpio looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Il works over Carpio's head and body with a nice combination. Il has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Il throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Carpio pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Struck tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Father paws at him with a jab and circles away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Struck buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Father shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Struck as he avoids it easily. Struck missing with a left hand there. Father was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Father drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Struck tries to bench press Father off him but Father keeps the position. Father throws a strike aimed at the side of Struck's head but Struck avoids it well.
And that's the end of the fight! Stephoune Father showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Father, winning every round. Will the judges agree? Jefferson content to slow the pace in the clinch.
