Cannonball closes the distance and pushes MPumbu back into the cage.
MPumbu tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Cannonball avoids it.
MPumbu is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Cannonball has clasped his hands together around MPumbu's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

MPumbu is pressed up against the cage. Cannonball has hold of a leg and is looking to drag MPumbu down to the mat. MPumbu avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
MPumbu throws a nice looking combination but Cannonball bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

MPumbu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cannonball.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cannonball crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from MPumbu - the referee stops the clock and Cannonball gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says MPumbu. Cannonball manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
MPumbu throws a leg kick which misses Cannonball's front leg but catches the back leg as Cannonball tries to avoid it.

Cannonball throws a lazy right hand but MPumbu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

MPumbu lands a big head kick that sends Cannonball tumbling to the mat! MPumbu takes a step backwards and waves Cannonball back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Cannonball gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! MPumbu gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
