The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Swain cracks Sarchet with a good jab. A jab from Swain finds it's way through Sarchet's defenses.
It looks like Dave Sarchet has been cut. Sarchet looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Sarchet walks into a left hand. Swain lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sarchet is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sarchet drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Sarchet is still on wobbly legs! Can Swain finish him? Sarchet walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Sarchet limp body while Swain jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jacobs trying to control the action but Johnson Jr is working from the bottom. Johnson Jr is trying to escape the position but Jacobs is controlling the position. Jacobs has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Johnson Jr can't do much from the bottom here. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Johnson Jr takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jacobs staying calm. Jacobs has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Johnson Jr! Jacobs looking to control and managing it successfully. Jacobs avoids the attempt from Johnson Jr to control. Jacobs in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Johnson Jr trying to remain calm as Jacobs controls from the top position. Demetrious Johnson Jr has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tim Jacobs is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Jacobs working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kroft doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Pruvhe scores with a shot to the body.
Pruvhe lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A head kick misses from Kroft. Pruvhe misses with a double jab.

Pruvhe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kroft pinned against the cage. Kroft gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Pruvhe looks to throw the jab but Kroft is out of range. Pruvhe takes a swing at Kroft's ribcage but misses. Pruvhe blocks a head kick by Kroft.
Pruvhe scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kroft doesn't seem bothered though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pruvhe throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kroft lands a big head kick that sends Pruvhe tumbling to the mat! Kroft takes a step backwards and waves Pruvhe back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Stefan Pruvhe has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pruvhe misses with a low kick.
Oh Pruvhe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Pruvhe has a takedown stuffed. Pruvhe misses with a leg kick and as Pruvhe loses concentration momentarily, Kroft counters with a picture perfect head kick! Pruvhe goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!

Kuo pushes down on Harrington's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kuo wants to free his trapped foot but Harrington is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arnold Vegh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Roz Dee! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Josh West and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vegh is defended easily by Dee. Vegh changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Dee explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Vegh has a takedown stuffed. Dee misses with a straight right. Dee throws a one two combo.
This has been an exciting period of action! Dee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Vegh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Dee misses with an uppercut. Dee takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee misses with a hook. Dee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vegh throws out the jab. Dee with a jab. Vegh shoots in and drives through. Dee sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arnold Vegh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dee misses with a hook to the body
and Vegh connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Vegh with a lazy takedown attempt and Dee counters with a series of strikes. Vegh will be more careful next time no doubt. Vegh defending well as Dee loads up on a big left hand. Dee throws a poor cross that misses

Dee darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Vegh closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dee to the mat! Dee manages to get full guard. Dee throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Dee wants to stand but Vegh is controlling the position. Vegh trying to control the position from guard on top but Dee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vegh stops Dee from standing up. Vegh trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dee wants to stand and escape but Vegh is having none of it. Vegh lands a couple of elbows. Dee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Vegh prevents Dee from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vegh is looking to work some ground and pound but Dee has wrist control. Vegh stands up over Dee, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Vegh stops Dee from standing up. Vegh has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Vegh postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Vegh throwing strikes but missing. Dee wants to stand but Vegh is controlling the position. Vegh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Vegh stops Dee from standing up. Vegh scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Dee keeping moving, preventing Vegh from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dee looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vegh content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vegh looking to pass the guard. Dee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vegh gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. That was a close round but I would say that Arnold Vegh will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Vegh lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dee backs up against the cage.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dee, as that shot connected.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Vegh pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dee is keeping the position for now. Vegh landing some decent shots from guard. Dee keeping moving, preventing Vegh from controlling successfully. Dee avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Vegh works over Dee with some ground and pound from guard. Vegh wants to control from the top but Dee keeps moving. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dee preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vegh with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Dee pushes Vegh off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Horrible takedown by Vegh or perhaps it was just good defense by Dee which made him look bad. Dee misses with a head kick.
Vegh shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dee defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arnold Vegh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Good standup being displayed there by Dee as he connects with a hook. Vegh is looking to clinch. Roz Dee seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vegh tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dee sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vegh somewhat. Dee scores with a crisp jab that stopped Vegh in his tracks. Dee misses with an uppercut. Vegh saw that one coming. Dee works Vegh's body with a nice hook. Vegh throws a right hand that Dee ducks under and follows up with a left that Dee also avoids with ease. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A big left from Dee misses. Vegh has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vegh fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Arnold Vegh will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Vegh is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Vegh moves out of range as Dee strikes. Vegh misses with a combination
and Dee counters with a stiff right hand. Dee looks to throw the jab but Vegh is out of range. Dee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Vegh fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Arnold Vegh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dee connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. A slow jab from Dee misses its intended target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dee throws a right hand that Vegh ducks under and follows up with a left that Vegh also avoids with ease. Dee might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Vegh uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dee. Vegh scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Vegh slips under a jab. Dee throws the left hand but Vegh avoids the punch easily. Vegh drops his hands momentarily and Dee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Vegh closes the distance and clinches up with Dee, looking for a takedown. Vegh pushes Dee against the cage but Dee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dee rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Vegh counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Dee's guard now. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Dee holds on and takes a little breather. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dee looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Vegh working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dee can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Vegh controls the pace.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Roz Dee wasn't active enough on the ground. Vegh fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arnold Vegh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vegh swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dee takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Dee misses the body punch letting Vegh counter with a right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vegh drives through with a takedown into guard. Vegh stops Dee from standing up. Vegh trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Dee wants to stand and escape but Vegh is having none of it. Dee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Vegh trying to control but Dee is working from the bottom. Arnold Vegh overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Arnold Vegh just wasn't active enough. Dee lands with a shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vegh ducks under a wild hook from Dee. Dee looks to land a left hand but Vegh moved out of range nicely. Arnold Vegh is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Donk. Dee catches Vegh right on the button with a cross. This has been an exciting period of action! Dee scores with a hook. Dee drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Roz Dee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dee throws a jab when Vegh was well out of range. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vegh slips a jab from Dee. Vegh throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dee. Vegh moves out of range of the strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Roz Dee. I think Vegh has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
