The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caston misses with a head kick.
Gil blocks a head kick by Caston.
Caston throws a poor cross that misses
and Gil counters with a two punch combo.
Caston throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gil counters with a good, hard body kick but Caston shrugs it off.
Caston looks to land a right hand but Gil moved out of range.
Seu Gil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gil lands a nice shot to the body.

and Caston counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Gil!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Te Rua seems to have locked his on tight now - Joaquin screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Te Rua, as he picks up the win!
