Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tixarian Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teste Torneio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teste Torneio told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tixarian Pain! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Teste Torneio! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pain throws a series of punches but Torneio moves out of range. Pain throws a right hand that Torneio ducks under and follows up with a left that Torneio also avoids with ease. Torneio fails in his attempt to clinch. Torneio is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pain misses with a combination
and Torneio makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Torneio doesn't manage to clinch there - Pain circles away.
Pain slips under a jab. Pain connects with a high kick. Tixarian Pain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Pain does no damage. Torneio showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Pain.
Pain swats away the attempt to clinch by Torneio. Pain throws a nice looking combination but Torneio bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pain looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Pain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Torneio. Torneio fails with a takedown attempt. Torneio thows a body shot but no joy. Torneio ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain misses with a few strikes there.
Torneio misses with a wild body shot. Torneio fails with the takedown. Torneio shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Torneio was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Torneio wants to stand but Pain is controlling his arm. Pain manages to get back to half guard. Pain actively working from the bottom here. Torneio really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pain. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pain gets back to full guard.
Pain not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Torneio is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Pain has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Torneio is looking to defend but Pain has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Torneio! Pain pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Torneio taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tixarian Pain! Tixarian Pain retains his bantamweight title! A relieved looking Tixarian Pain thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

I think Gunn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to England belongs to me. Wolf has chosen schism as his entrance music. 18 - 10 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Jero Wolf! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn throws a leg kick that misses. Wolf fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gunn throws a head kick that Wolf semi-blocks.
Gunn misses with a low kick as Wolf jumps back. Wolf fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Wolf shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gunn sprawls well. Gunn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wolf gets slowly back to his feet. Ray Gunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jero Wolf. Wolf fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gunn sprawls well initially but Wolf persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Gunn manages to escape and get back to his feet! Gunn lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Gunn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gunn misses with a wild body shot. Gunn lands with a kick to the temple. Wolf shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wolf slips a jab from Gunn. Wolf takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Wolf looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Gunn throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Wolf throws a front kick aimed at Gunn's knee but Gunn avoids it well. A slapping leg kick lands for Gunn.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Wolf or perhaps it was just good defense by Gunn which made him look bad. Gunn tries to bum rush Wolf with a series of wild strikes but Wolf uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Gunn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Crunch! Gunn slams his shin into Wolf's torso. Gunn lands a two punch combo.
Gunn tries to land a front kick but Wolf steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Wolf throws a right and a left that both miss. This has been an exciting period of action! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wolf is defended easily by Gunn. Gunn is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Gunn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Gunn. Gunn misses with a wild body shot. Gunn scores with a head kick.
Wolf throws a nice looking combination but Gunn bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wolf shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Gunn thumps Wolf with a low kick. Gunn pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wolf uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gunn. Gunn slaps away a takedown attempt from Wolf, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gunn looks to land a right hand but Wolf moved out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wolf gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wolf misses with a hook from the clinch. Wolf avoiding damage as Gunn throws knees to the body.
Gunn has Wolf pushed against the cage. Gunn is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Gunn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Wolf's brow. Wolf tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Gunn throws an elbow but it misses.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. With the fighters up against the cage, Gunn throws an elbow but misses. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wolf blocks a body shot from Gunn. Gunn lands a nice elbow. Gunn lands a knee to the body.

Gunn throws a wild body kick that Wolf sees coming a mile off. Wolf steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gunn. Gunn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jero Wolf is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wolf scores with a jab. Gunn acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Gunn cracks Wolf with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Wolf uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gunn. Wolf takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Gunn misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Wolf counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gunn won't be happy with that. Gunn is looking to regain half guard here but Wolf keeps moving and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gunn is trying to control Wolf's posture but Wolf avoids it. Wolf decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gunn to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The fight stays on the outside here - Gunn looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wolf fails to land the takedown. Wolf shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gunn as he jumps to the side. Gunn tries to clinch there but Wolf circles away.

Wolf postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Wolf preventing the sweep. Gunn pulls Wolf in close to prevent any damage. Gunn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wolf is one step ahead there. Wolf scoring with punches to the head and body. Wolf working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wolf is in close to Gunn's body, working some short punches and elbows.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gunn prevents Wolf from getting the reversal. Gunn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Wolf looks a forlorn figure.

Wolf misses with a takedown and Gunn counters with a low kick, right behind Wolf 's knee. Gunn bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Wolf blocks the body kick.

A leg kick checked by Wolf. Gunn lands with a straight right. Wolf didn't see that one coming. Ray Gunn is winning the standup battle so far. Wolf takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gunn throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Gunn misses the shot to the body. Wolf steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gunn. That one must have hurt. Wolf changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gunn tries to avoid it but Wolf manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gunn to the ground. Gunn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ray Gunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jero Wolf. Wolf shoots in and drives through. Gunn sprawls well. Wolf closes the distance and pushes Gunn back into the cage. Gunn throws a knee to the head but misses.
Gunn lands a damaging elbow. Wolf is defending well against a takedown attempt. Wolf being controlled against the cage. Gunn looking to slow down the pace here. Jero Wolf has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ray Gunn is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gunn keeps control of Wolf as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Wolf misses with a hook to the ribs.

More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wolf lands with a light punch inside. Wolf avoids a wild elbow strike from Gunn. Wolf is stalling here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice elbow from Gunn. Gunn slowing the pace effectively. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Wolf as Gunn tries to tie him up. Gunn tries to land knees in the clinch but Wolf avoids the damage to the body. Wolf is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gunn gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Gunn throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

And that's the end of the fight! Ray Gunn showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gunn has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
