Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Mcdermott throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Goober swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Gracie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Gracie has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Cream clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Cream rolls, trying to escape but Gracie keeps control of the position.
Cream is working hard here to advance position.

Gracie is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Cream knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Cream for a finish.

Cream throws an elbow that misses. Gracie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Cream's guard. Nice move by Gracie!

Cream is really struggling to control Gracie but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Crispy Cream has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Cream feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gracie can't keep his opponent in guard - Cream advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Gracie moves into full guard.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cream gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
