The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Nowak.
Cinderblocks tries to clinch up but Nowak circles away and keeps his distance.
A slow jab from Cinderblocks misses its intended target.
Nowak uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cinderblocks.
Cinderblocks lands a nice shot that snaps Nowak's head back.

Cinderblocks takes the fight into the clinch.

Cinderblocks escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nowak looks for a takedown but Cinderblocks sprawls well.
