Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Javier Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Douglas Maicon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Maicon.

Hernandez tries to pull guard but Maicon holds him up against the cage and eventually Hernandez drops back down to his feet.
Hernandez tries for a takedown but Maicon manages to get underhooks.

Hernandez throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Maicon escapes and throws Hernandez's legs to the side, diving into side control!
