The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleksanteri Karelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Galat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Karelin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to CCCP. Leon Galat told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Jonson breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie wants to finish this one by submission but Visnadi is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Gracie.
Gracie tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Gracie throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Visnadi has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Gracie is persistently looking for the submission but Visnadi is defending it well.

Gracie is cranking Visnadi's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Visnadi! He's tightened the choke and Visnadi is tapping out!
