The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown with a hook.
Brown thows a body shot but no joy.

Lopez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Brown drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

The fighters circle momentarily. Brown darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Lopez lands with a kick to the temple. Brown shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Tony Brown has been cut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Brown fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lopez avoids it really well and circles away.

Brown wants to control from the top but Lopez keeps moving.

Brown is standing up over Lopez. Lopez looks to escape but Brown dives into side control.
Lopez is looking for a sweep.

Lopez wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Brown has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Lopez's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Lopez is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Brown!
