The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Phillips wants to clinch up but Acker keeps it at a distance. Phillips doesn't manage to clinch there - Acker circles away.
Acker scores a takedown into full mount! Acker throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Phillips wants to control but Acker is having none of it. Acker looking to control and managing it successfully. Acker is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Phillips is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Phillips flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Acker anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Phillips and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Acker slips an arm under Phillips chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Acker has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Acker is squeezing on Phillips like an anaconda would it's prey. Phillips fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kang tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wellington swats him away and circles back towards the center. Wellington changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kang tries to avoid it but Wellington manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kang to the ground. Kang escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Wellington circles away from the clinch attempt.

Wellington is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Wellington landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Wellington is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Wellington is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kang with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Kang on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Wellington lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Kang is trying to stand up here but Wellington is controlling him well. Kang on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kang tries to get out of the position. Wellington is trying for a kimura here. Kang looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Wellington wins by kimura!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elric shoots in but no luck this time. Elric throws a hook but Chiba avoids it easily. Elric shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Elric is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Chiba has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Chiba! Chiba stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Elric swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chiba drops back looking for a leg! Elric is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Elric manages to kick Chiba off! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Markus III paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Markus III is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Barksdale steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Markus III. Markus III misses with a low kick. Markus III connects with a good right hand that stumbles Barksdale. Barksdale circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Markus III misses with an uppercut. Markus III misses with a few strikes there.
A telegraphed right hand from Markus III misses the target. Markus III misses the jab. Jab from Markus III. Markus III cracks Barksdale with an open hand slap. Markus III misses with a jab, cross combination.
Barksdale takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Barksdale is rocked! Markus III works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Oh Barksdale is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Barksdale is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Barksdale throws a series of punches but Markus III moves out of range. Markus III fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Barksdale to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Barksdale looks to clinch but Markus III throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Barksdale taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Master shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boa sprawls well. Boa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Master gets slowly back to his feet. Boa gets a takedown into half guard. Boa is looking to advance position but Master won't allow it. Boa seems to be looking for submissions.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Boa tries to get out of the position. The strikes coming from Master are missing the target in this wave of attacks. You can see the frustration on Boa's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Boa is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Master is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Master trying to control the position but Boa is working away.

Master should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Master keeping full guard, as Boa tries to pass. Master uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Master with a poor takedown and Boa counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Master! Steve Boa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Master. Boa is breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Boa swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Master is now in Boa's guard. A big mistake from Boa there, giving up the dominant position! Master would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Boa is controlling Master's posture. Boa's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

No, Master has managed to get both his arms back between Boa's legs - danger averted. Boa managing to control the position. Boa has his foot on Master's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Master works his way back into a safe position though. Boa keeping moving, preventing Master from controlling successfully.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Boa closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Boa lands in his opponent's guard. Boa is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Master forces his way into half guard. Master seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Boa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Boa manages to escape and get back to his feet!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! dick slows the pace down. dick creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

That could change in an instant of course if Carter gets his way!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huo checks a leg kick nicely. Huo defending well as Mackworthy loads up on a big left hand. Huo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mackworthy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Sloppy strikes there by Huo. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Huo working away. Huo throws an elbow but Mackworthy slips to the side and avoids it well. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price stuffs the takedown attempt from Hanzo. Hanzo gets slowly back to his feet. Price ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Hanzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Price circles away. Price fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Price lands a jab. Price goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Price scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hanzo is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Price throws an overhand right that has Hanzo reeling! Price follows up with more punches and Hanzo is out cold! This one is all over!
