The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nelson tries to clinch up but Santos circles away and keeps his distance.
Santos scores with a jab to the head.
Nelson shoots in for a takedown but Santos shows good takedown defense.
Andro Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Santos leaves Nelson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Nelson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Nelson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Santos is surviving well by controlling Nelson's body position as best he can.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Santos is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Nelson lands a big shot there that rocks Santos but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Nelson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Nelson avoids the attempt from Santos to control.
Santos looks winded!
Nelson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Santos is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Luck misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Henderson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Luck circles away quickly and effectively.

Oooooh!!! Henderson has knocked Luck down with a huge combo! Henderson steps away and waves a wobbly Luck back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Luck closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Henderson quickly recovers to half guard.

Luck is trying to work for a kimura but Henderson is defending well.
Luck is thwarting Henderson's attempts to control the position.
Henderson regains full guard. Nicely done.
Luck loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Luck really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Luck is working Henderson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Luck is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Henderson has momentary wrist control but Luck slips an elbow through the middle.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Luck keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Henderson's head.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Luck throws an elbow that misses. Henderson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Luck's guard. Nice move by Henderson!

Luck working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Henderson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Luck is tightening it up a little... Henderson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Henderson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Henderson taps out! Nice BJJ there by Luck!

Balls slips a jab and a cross from Meech.
Meech throws a right and a left that Balls avoids nicely.
Meech misses the shot to the body.
Meech fails to land with a series of punches.
Balls has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Balls there as he acknowledges the shot.
Balls shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Meech defends it nicely.
Meech lands with a nice body punch.
Sloppy strikes from Meech. Those never looked like landing.
Meech throws a series of punches but Balls avoids them all with ease.

Meech digs a good hook to Balls's body.
Meech lands a jab to the nose.
Meech thuds a left hand into Balls's body.
Meech misses with a two punch combination.
Balls avoids a punch combination nicely.
Meech lunges at Balls with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Balls's hand.
Meech throws a right hand that Balls ducks under and follows up with a left that Balls also avoids with ease.
Meech swings for the body but Balls moves out of range.
Meech looks to land a combination but Balls avoids it well.

Balls shoots in and bounces Meech off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Balls wants to control from the top but Meech keeps moving.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Balls trying to move into half guard but instead Meech has managed to sweep!

Balls has his feet on Meech's thighs here. He's pushed Meech off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Meech screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Scaletta comes into the arena with Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping Up To Boston blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Bisping looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bisping misses with a wild body shot.
Bisping avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bisping swinging wildly here.
Bisping misses with a few strikes there.
Scaletta avoids the head kick by Bisping.
Bisping throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bisping connects with a body shot that sends Scaletta's belly button to the back.
Scaletta misses with a two punch combination.

Scaletta sends Bisping crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Scaletta is motioning to the referee to let Bisping up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Bisping is rocked!

It looks like Lucas Bisping has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bisping dives in and grabs Scaletta's left leg, looking for a takedown. Scaletta pushes down on Bisping's head and hops out.
Bisping is still on wobbly legs! Can Scaletta finish him?
Bisping looks to land a combination but Scaletta avoids it well.
Bisping seems to have recovered his senses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Scaletta. Bisping does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bisping shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Scaletta but Scaletta pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Vito Scaletta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Bisping.
No joy there for Scaletta, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Scaletta looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Scaletta misses with a wild body shot.
Bisping fails with the takedown.
Bisping will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bisping throws a leg kick but Scaletta sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Scaletta is defended easily by Bisping.

Scaletta lands a left and a right that send Bisping crashing to the mat, dazed. Scaletta thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bisping lands a lovely overhand right.
Scaletta throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Scaletta circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bisping throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Scaletta lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Bisping goes down and covers up as Scaletta starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Red dodges the punch combination from Mein.

Red fails to land the takedown.
The crowd cheers as Mein lands an impressive looking overhand right. Red doesn't seem phased though.
Red shoots for a takedown but Mein saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Nice uppercut lands for Mein. That snapped Red's head back.
Mein lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mein lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Red shoots in but Mein avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mike Mein has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Red.
Mein closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Red ducks under a wild hook from Mein.
Mein throws a one two combo.
Red is still on wobbly legs! Can Mein finish him?

Red moves out of range as Mein strikes.
Mein missing with a left hand there. Red was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mein swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Red is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mein is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Red.
Nice defenses there by Red.
Mein steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Red is out on his feet! Mein sets himself and nearly takes Red's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Mike Mein tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Steele is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

The referee warns Steele that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

It looks like Axl Steele has been cut.
Anstey tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Steele can't escape the position.
Steele is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Anstey connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Steele really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anstey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Axl Steele's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
