The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adebisi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Torturo throws out the jab. Adebisi takes one to the chin there. Torturo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Adebisi moves away. Adebisi avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Marko Torturo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Torturo avoids the body shot from Adebisi.
Torturo misses with a low kick as Adebisi jumps back. Torturo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Adebisi just misses with a punch to the body.
Torturo motions for Adebisi to come forward. Torturo throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Torturo misses the jab. Torturo ducks down and throws a hook to the body. and Torturo counters with a left to the body. Torturo moves out of range as Adebisi strikes. Torturo lands with an overhand left. Adebisi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Torturo.
Torturo pushes Adebisi away with a front kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Torturo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Adebisi moves away. Torturo with a body punch. A glancing blow. Adebisi is breathing heavily. Torturo lands a jab to Adebisi's midsection. Torturo slaps away a takedown attempt from Adebisi, before circling back to the center of the mat. Adebisi's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Torturo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Adebisi scrambles back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Torturo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. That kick from Torturo tenderised Adebisi's leg. Adebisi is trying to keep his angry face on. Torturo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Adebisi manages to avoid it. Adebisi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Torturo finds it's way round the side to connect with Adebisi's head. Torturo lands with a nice body kick. Torturo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Adebisi's calf. Torturo scores with a body shot.
Torturo lands with a nice body kick. Adebisi takes one to the chin there. Torturo drops Adebisi with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Adebisi looks back up at him and smiles so Torturo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Adebisi is rocked! Torturo throws the kick towards the body but Adebisi avoids it. Torturo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Torturo lands a big uppercut and Adebisi crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Adebisi looks OK. Torturo waves Adebisi back to his feet! Oh Adebisi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Adebisi tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Torturo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Adebisi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Adebisi walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Torturo swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marko Torturo! Marko Torturo tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab from Protagonist. Protagonist tries to score with a low kick but Reinikainen moves his leg out of the way. A nice inside leg kick there by Protagonist. That's going to slow Reinikainen down. Protagonist getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Protagonist fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Reinikainen is out of range. A swing and a miss from Protagonist. Protagonist throws a half hearted mid kick. Reinikainen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Protagonist uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Protagonist lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. This has been an exciting period of action! Protagonist works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Nice jab there from Protagonist. Hiro Protagonist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Protagonist swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Protagonist throws a leg kick which misses Reinikainen's front leg but catches the back leg as Reinikainen tries to avoid it. Protagonist cracks Reinikainen with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's one minute gone in the round. Protagonist moves away from the strike by Reinikainen. Protagonist is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Reinikainen had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Protagonist rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reinikainen moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Protagonist scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Reinikainen scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Reinikainen avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Reinikainen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Protagonist. Reinikainen scores with a leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A chopping leg kick lands by Protagonist. Reinikainen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Protagonist. Protagonist misses with an uppercut. Reinikainen saw that one coming. Protagonist throws a jab when Reinikainen was well out of range. Protagonist throws a big shot that misses.

Protagonist fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Reinikainen manages to avoid it. Reinikainen lands with a cross. Reinikainen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Protagonist. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Protagonist! Reinikainen is out on his feet! Protagonist rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Reinikainen is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Reinikainen is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Rauta looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rauta throws a head kick but Tolonen moves out of range.
Rauta lunges at Tolonen with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tolonen's hand. Tolonen digs a good hook to Rauta's body.
Rauta misses with a hook. Tolonen fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Rauta is out of range. Tolonen just misses with a punch to the body.
Tolonen throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rauta's head.
It looks like Pertti Rauta has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rauta tries to land a front kick but Tolonen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Tolonen blocks a head kick by Rauta.
Rauta darts in and clinches Tolonen up against the cage. Tolonen can't find room to land a body shot as Rauta controls the action.

Rauta throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

A chopping leg kick lands by Tolonen. Tolonen takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rauta uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tolonen.
Rauta on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Tolonen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tolonen bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Rauta moves out of range of the strikes. Tolonen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rauta sprawling to the canvas! Rauta rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tolonen finish him?!
Rauta is rocked! Tolonen circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Rauta tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Tolonen wins by KO!

Hirvonen thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Asteroid has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hirvonen is working away from the top position though. Hirvonen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Asteroid defending well though. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Asteroid trying to hold on to Hirvonen's head to control him but Hirvonen postures up.

Asteroid looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Asteroid trying to control but Hirvonen postures up.

Ironz gets in close and instigates a clinch. Ironz comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Ironz avoiding damage.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Ironz screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Jokinen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Unbreakables jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Unbreakable chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jokinen can pounce on him.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jokinen is looking to take a break and control but Unbreakable is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Unbreakable is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jokinen is looking to advance position but Unbreakable won't allow it.
