The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mazuke swivels and escapes.

Mazuke shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Davis as he avoids it easily.
Mazuke takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Davis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mazuke's waist but Mazuke gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davis off to one side.

Michael Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
