The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hume throws the left hand but Jalz avoids the punch easily. Hume fails to land with a series of punches.
Jalz cracks a nice hook into Hume's ribs. Jalz has Hume up against the cage in a clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Threadgood keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Stotch takes a swing at Threadgood's ribcage but misses. Threadgood bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Stotch's head backwards.
It looks like Leopold Stotch has been cut. Stotch scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Threadgood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stotch. Oooooh!!! Threadgood has knocked Stotch down with a huge combo! Threadgood steps away and waves a wobbly Stotch back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Stotch is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stotch pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Oh Stotch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Stotch avoids a punch combination nicely.
Threadgood fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Stotch out cold! Brutal finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oliveira avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Jones looks to clinch so Oliveira counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jones pulls Oliveira in close to his closed guard and prevents Oliveira from doing any damage or advancing position. Oliveira trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. That's better than Silva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Miller is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva tries to score with some ground and pound. Miller controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Silva trying to control the action but Miller is working from the bottom. Miller managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Silva.
Miller is trying to get back to half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Miller can do anything to dispel that myth. Silva content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
