Nice takedown defense from Ignatyev. No joy for Cloud on that attempt.

and Tully counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Tully takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Connor jabs Tully to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Connor ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Tully swings for the body but Connor moves out of range.
Tully throws a hook but Connor blocks it.
Connor takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Connor is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Tully throws out a loose jab but Connor uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Connor counters with a head kick. That will keep Tully thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Tully has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Connor.
Tully sizes up Connor with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Brynden Tully seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Connor drops Tully with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Tully! Connor dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

I knew this fight was going to be tough and it was but I came up on top and now I have to say to the lightweight division "watch out because Im a freight train and im heading your way!"'.
