The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lashley is defended easily by Gurnisson. Lashley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lashley lands in his opponent's guard. Lashley won't allow Gurnisson to get back to his feet. Gurnisson manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Gurnisson lands a nice looking body shot.
Lashley looks gassed! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gurnisson drops Lashley with a beautiful combination! Lashley stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gurnisson is looking for the KO!

It looks like Bobby Lashley has been cut. Gurnisson dances in with a quick combination. Lashley is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Gurnisson snaps Lashley's head back. Lashley stumbles backwards against the cage. Gurnisson steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Lashley's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Lashley just didn't come prepared.

Jones tries to bum rush machine with a series of wild strikes but machine uses good footwork to avoid the assault. machine has a takedown stuffed. machine looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jones is fending him off so far but machine persists. Nope, Jones circles away and we're back to standing. Jones lands a left and a right that send machine crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like war machine has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jones stuns machine with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. machine is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him? Jones is breathing heavily. Jones connects with a stiff jab that staggers machine - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sasake darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Sasake not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Sasake looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Sasake looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Schmidli with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Sasake has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sasake seems to be looking for submissions.
Schmidli is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Schmidli is defending against the submission attempts here by Sasake.

Sasake is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Schmidli doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sasake.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Bone or perhaps it was just good defense by Tavi which made him look bad. Tavi gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bone to score an easy takedown into full guard. Bone throws and elbow that misses. Tavi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bone's guard. Nice move by Tavi! Bone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tavi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tavi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tavi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Tavi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bone is breathing heavily. Bone isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tavi stacks Bone on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tavi! Tavi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bone keeps working. Bone manages to work his way to half guard, despite Tavi's best efforts.

Bone looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Tavi is trying to control the action in half guard but Bone is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bone tries to get to full guard but Tavi has control of the leg. Bone looking for submissions off his back. Tavi is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bone has managed to free his arm - good work. Bone on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Bone tries to roll over but Tavi keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Krayzie Bone will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

It looks like Krayzie Bone has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bone takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Krayzie Bone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bone takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Tavi lands a hook that stumbles Bone back into the cage. Tavi follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Bone to the canvas! Tavi pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Bone has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!

It looks like Roy Nelson has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nelson is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Bear doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Nelson crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Nelson's bad books for that mishap!
