Kawaguchi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Breaker throws a low kick but Kawaguchi avoids it.
Kawaguchi seems to have recovered his senses.

Kawaguchi slips a jab and a cross from Breaker.
Breaker throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kawaguchi on the side of the head.

Breaker cracks a nice hook into Kawaguchi's ribs.

Kawaguchi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kawaguchi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Breaker tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kawaguchi wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kawaguchi might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Breaker haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Breaker tries to control Kawaguchi's body but Kawaguchi pushes him off. Breaker squirms to his side and now Kawaguchi has his back!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Urijah Faber.
Well Faber has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
