Apple throws a right and a left that Griffin avoids nicely.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Cruz has eaten all the pies!

Levi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Levi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cruz on the ground.
Levi is nestled in close to Cruz, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

I think Primetime might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Get Money-50cent. On his way into the cage it seems that Uriah Primetime has been attacked by a crazed fan! Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown. Perrier tries to sprawl out of it but Jackson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Perrier manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Perrier sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat.

Mamaw Ako seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ako takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Severino is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ako.
Oh Severino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ako lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Severino is looking to close the distance but Ako sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Severino crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Severino is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Koon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Simmons tries to avoid it but Koon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Simmons to the ground. Simmons escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Koon has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Simmons is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Koon.

Koon wants to hold on but Simmons pushes him away.

Simmons is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Koon to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Koon shrugs it off.
Koon is in a horrible position here. Simmons smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Simmons seems to be working for a kimura but Koon defends the submission attempt.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
