The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Doratukus.
Doratukus takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Low tries to clinch up.
Low has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Low there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like High Low has been cut.
Doratukus tries a head kick but it misses.
Doratukus swings widly with a right hand

and Low counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Low.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Low controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Low drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Low jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Low tries to free his leg and advance position but Doratukus is retaining full guard.
Doratukus looking to control.
Low seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Low could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Low gets to his feet - Doratukus follows without any prompting.

Low shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Doratukus sprawls well. Doratukus wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Low gets slowly back to his feet.
Low shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Doratukus defends it nicely.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

A frustrated look appears on Doratukus's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Low manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Doratukus postures up in Low's guard and throws a big left but Low blocks it.
Low bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Doratukus's guard.
High Low overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Doratukus wants to stand and escape but Low is having none of it.
Low wants to control from the top but Doratukus keeps moving.
Low not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Doratukus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Low. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Low stands and throws Doratukus's legs to the side, diving into side control.

High Low has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Micheal Doratukus is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Doratukus shoots in for a double leg but Low sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Zong lands a big right hook! Evens looks hurt but is still standing! Zong lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Evens falls down and Zong dives in with a huge hammer fist! Evens's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Zong runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
