The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Tan misses and Alveraz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Alveraz clinches. Alveraz landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Tan is trying to force a seperation but Alveraz has the dominant position. Tan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Alveraz has him pressed against the ropes. Alveraz lands an elbow that stopped Tan in his tracks for a moment. Tan works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Tan stops Alveraz from standing up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alveraz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Alveraz wants to get back to his feet but Tan is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Tan postures up in Alveraz's guard and throws a big left but Alveraz blocks it. Alveraz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Alveraz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Alveraz wants to stand and escape but Tan is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tan is in close to Alveraz's body, working some short punches and elbows. Tan landing some decent shots from guard. Tan scores with a decent looking elbow strike. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Tan working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Tan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Tan working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Alveraz's head. Tan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Alveraz is rocked! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tan prevents Alveraz from getting back to his feet. Tan lands a couple of digs. Alveraz wants to stand but Tan is controlling the position. Alveraz seems to have got his legs back now. Alveraz is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tan scoring with some ground and pound. Tan lands a couple of decent looking shots. Alveraz is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Tan working some strikes from top position. Tan stands up over Alveraz, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Alveraz working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tan.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Tan drops back looking for a leg! Alveraz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Alveraz manages to kick Tan off! Tan jumps back into Alveraz's guard. Tan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Alveraz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tan on the ground. Alveraz on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Alveraz has hold of Tan's hands but Tan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Tan working over Alveraz with some ground and pound. Alveraz looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Alveraz is looking to escape. Tan drops an elbow to the side of Alveraz's head. Tan is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Tan lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Alveraz quite badly. Alveraz pulls Tan in close trying to recover. Tan postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Alveraz on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Alveraz doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rexar is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McCall's half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. McCall is trying to control but can't.
Rexar is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. McCall won't allow Rexar to pass to mount. Rexar blocks the strikes from McCall.
Rexar prevents McCall from standing back up.
McCall has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rexar is working away from the top position though. Rexar looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McCall with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Rexar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Rexar is looking to stall here but McCall recovers full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rexar is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Rexar tries to free his leg and advance position but McCall is retaining full guard. Rexar scoring with punches to the head and body. McCall controls Rexar momentarily but Rexar frees himself.

McCall utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rexar is working McCall over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Rexar's corner is telling him to maintain position. McCall is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Rexar trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Rexar passes McCall's right leg, so he's now in half guard. McCall is refusing to be controlled, as Rexar sits in half guard.

Rexar is thwarting McCall's attempts to control the position. McCall is pressing down on Rexar's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. McCall looking for a guillotine here but Rexar defends easily.

McCall avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rexar. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McCall works his way to full guard. Good work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McCall can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Rexar controls the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

McCall tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rexar swivels and escapes. McCall shoots in but Rexar avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rexar rushes McCall and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Rexar wants a takedown.

McCall can't fight it off and eventually Rexar manages to take the fight to the floor. McCall looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tyler Rexar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Rexar takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Tyler Rexar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rexar has a takedown stuffed. McCall shoots in looking for a takedown but Rexar manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McCall's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Rexar misses with a leg kick and McCall counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by McCall. Rexar keeping moving, preventing McCall from controlling successfully. Tyler Rexar has got the better of the ground game so far.

Let's hope that Rexar has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Tyler Rexar is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Rexar trying to control the position from guard on top but McCall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rexar is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

And that's the end of the fight! Tyler Rexar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Rexar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Richardson drops back looking for a leg! Kozlowski is in trouble here! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Madela tries to close the distance and clinch but Gein swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gein closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Madela quickly recovers to half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Gein is looking for a kimura here.
Gein is trying to control the action in half guard but Madela is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Gein is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Madela sees it coming and defends easily. Gein is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Gein uses his free foot to push down on Madela's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Madela. Gein is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Madela is surviving well by controlling Gein's body position as best he can. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Madela is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gein wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. Gein mounts Madela! Really nice guard pass there! Gein working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Madela turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gein off and cradles Madela's limp body as Gein celebrates with his corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Guerreiro. No joy for Glaz on that attempt. Glaz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Guerreiro avoids it really well and circles away. A head kick from Guerreiro lands but Glaz takes it in his stride.
It looks like Jarek Glaz has been cut. Guerreiro keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarek Glaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Glaz shoots in looking for a takedown but Guerreiro manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Glaz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Glaz has a takedown stuffed. Guerreiro gets caught flat footed, as Glaz shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Glaz stops Guerreiro from standing up. Guerreiro is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Glaz throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Guerreiro keeping moving, preventing Glaz from controlling successfully. Glaz looking to sit in guard and control but Guerreiro gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Glaz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Guerreiro stacks Glaz on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Guerreiro! Guerreiro wants to stand but Glaz is controlling his arm. You can see the frustration on Glaz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Guerreiro tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Guerreiro throwing strikes but Glaz manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Glaz working the ground and pound from side control. Guerreiro wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Glaz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Glaz grinds an elbow into Guerreiro's temple. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Glaz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Glaz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Glaz working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
