The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Macarenco misses with a double jab
and Krum counters by moving into the clinch. Krum lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Krum throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Krum is leaning against Macarenco and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Macarenco looks winded! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Krum lands a body shot. Good body shot from Krum.

A short right from Krum on the inside. Krum lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Krum lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Macarenco. Krum throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Macarencos head. Good body shot from Krum.

That's one minute gone in the round. Krum cracks Macarenco with a nice body shot. The referee is keeping an eye on Krum - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Krum is pulling down on Macarenco's head. It's preventing any offense from Macarenco, at least for the moment. Krum bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Macarenco's guard. Krum is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Krum advances position into side control! Krum tries to move into full mount but can't pass Macarenco's legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A lull in the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Krum's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Macarenco is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Krum asserts his dominance and retains side control. Krum tries to move into full mount but can't pass Macarenco's legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krum in side control, just content to control the action for now. Krum is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Macarenco is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Krum moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Krum tries to move to mount but Macarenco blocks the move with his legs. Krum is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

It looks like Perrin Aybara has been cut. Rutten loads up on a big right hand but Aybara slips the punch. Aybara digs a good hook to Rutten's body.

Wensink dives in and scores a takedown into Yongsaklai's guard. Yongsaklai is pulling down on Wensink's head. It's preventing any offense from Wensink, at least for the moment. Wensink controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Wensink in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Wensink loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Yongsaklai pulls Wensink in close to his closed guard and prevents Wensink from doing any damage or advancing position. Wensink is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Yongsaklai controls Wensink momentarily but Wensink frees himself. Wensink throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wensink tries to control but Yongsaklai wriggling away. Wensink lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Wensink unloads with some shots from mount but Yongsaklai bucks and avoids them well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wensink scoring with strikes but Yongsaklai is staying in there. Wensink lands a big shot there that rocks Yongsaklai but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Yongsaklai is rocked! Yongsaklai takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Wensink's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker slips a jab from Jones. Walker with a poor takedown and Jones counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Walker's guard now. Walker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Walker wants to stand but Jones is controlling the position. Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Walker wants to stand but Jones is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones throws a strike but Walker rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Jones keeping moving, preventing Walker from controlling successfully. Jones wants to sweep but no luck. Jones controls Walker momentarily but Walker frees himself. Jones is looking to stand back up but Walker counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Jones. Jones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Walker thows a huge punch but Jones dodges it nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to lock up and control but Walker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Walker has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Jones's face.

Deon Walker dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Walker as he jumps to the side. Walker gets a double leg takedown into Jones's guard. Walker trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Walker works a leg free and moves into half guard. Jones wants to get back to full guard. Jones is staying active underneath Walker, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jones makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jones. Walker wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Walker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Walker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jones keeping moving, preventing Walker from controlling successfully.

Walker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jones is controlling him. Jones wants to control from the top but Walker keeps moving. Jones prevents Walker from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walker is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Vinnie Jones just wasn't active enough. Walker has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Walker's guard now. Walker is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jones trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom. Jones throws a big right hand that misses. Walker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Walker works his way back into a safe position though. Walker trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Walker loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Jones working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Walker. Walker is looking to advance position but Jones has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Vinnie Jones will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cormier shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Spartan defends it nicely. Spartan thuds a left hand into Cormier's body. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martins fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Renga looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Martins moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Martins uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Renga. Renga tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Martins swats away the attempt to clinch by Renga. Renga showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Martins.
Martins cracks Renga with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Martins.
