The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sure shoots in but Hawk avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Hawk drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Hawk seems to have locked his on tight now - Sure screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Hawk, as he picks up the win!

Nuisance throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Nuisance throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Chimpo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Chimpo counters with an inside leg kick.

and Chimpo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Nuisance's knee momentarily.

A punch lands to the side of Chimpo 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Chimpo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nuisance thinking.
Nuisance throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Chimpo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nuisance.
Nuisance cracks Chimpo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Nuisance misses the shot to the body.
Chimpo takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nuisance lunges at Chimpo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Chimpo's hand.

Chimpo is rocked!

Nuisance lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Chimpo up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Nuisance from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Chimpo's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
