0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob Tassles! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eliseo Seterra! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seterra connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Tassles tries to clinch and Seterra counters with a straight right hand. Seterra misses with a double jab.
Seterra stuffs the takedown. Seterra swings for the body but Tassles moves out of range.
Tassles shoots in for a takedown but Seterra shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Horrible takedown by Tassles or perhaps it was just good defense by Seterra which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Tassles. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tassles fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Seterra to the ground. Tassles is now in Seterra's guard. Tassles trying to control the position from guard on top but Seterra is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Seterra is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tassles is controlling him. Tassles throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Seterra works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tassles wants to control from the top but Seterra keeps moving. Seterra really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tassles. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bob Tassles has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Seterra misses with a two punch combination.
Tassles tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Seterra counters with a stiff right hand. Seterra will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tassles fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tassles tries for a takedown but Seterra sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tassles moves to clinch but Seterra breaks away and Seterra counters by clinching up. Seterra tries to circle away but Tassles has him pinned against the cage. Seterra looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Seterra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tassles tries to clinch but Seterra is having none of it. Tassles throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Tassles bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Seterra's head. Tassles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Seterra circles away. Seterra misses the jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seterra leaves Tassles with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Tassles fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Seterra throws a right and a left that Tassles avoids nicely. Tassles fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tassles wants to clinch and Seterra counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Tassles tries a head kick but it misses.
Eliseo Seterra is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Seterra lands a jab to Tassles's midsection. Tassles keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Seterra throws a right and a left that Tassles avoids nicely.

and Tassles connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Seterra lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tassles circles away quickly and effectively. Seterra paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Seterra throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tassles. Tassles shoots in but Seterra avoids the takedown attempt easily. Seterra with a body punch. A glancing blow. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tassles walks into a jab. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tassles moves to clinch but Seterra breaks away and Seterra counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Seterra misses with a series of wild punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eliseo Seterra dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tassles looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Bob Tassles is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Seterra connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Tassles! He's out on his feet! Seterra rushes in and drops Tassles with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eliseo Seterra! As Eliseo Seterra got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Wazzup New York?!!!! I'm a new kid here. Thank you for the welcome. Feed me more! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samilia misses with an uppercut. Samilia throws a right and a left that both miss. Patos throws a low kick but it's checked well by Samilia. Samilia darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Patos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Patos takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Patos on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Patos steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Samilia. Patos looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nice defenses there by Patos. Samilia missing with a left hand there. Patos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Patos blocks a jab. Sam Samilia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Samilia throws a right and a left that Patos avoids nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Samilia connects with a crisp jab. Patos uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Samilia. Patos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Patos keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Samilia. Sam Samilia is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Patos moves out of range of the strikes. Patos displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Samilia throws out the jab. Patos defending well as Samilia loads up on a big left hand. Samilia throws a one two combo.

Patos shoots for a double leg takedown but Samilia sprawls well. He's pushed Patos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Patos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Samilia swivels and escapes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Horrible takedown by Patos or perhaps it was just good defense by Samilia which made him look bad. Sam Samilia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Patos is trying desperately to land a takedown but Samilia is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Patos. Samilia lands with a good body shot. Samilia throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A jab from Samilia misses. Samilia loads up on a big right hand but Patos slips the punch. Samilia lands with a nice body punch. The fighters circling - Samilia throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Samilia works the jab nicely. Samilia tries to sprawl but Patos drives through with a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Samilia wants to get back to his feet. Samilia is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Samilia is trying to control but can't.
Samilia is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Patos maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Samilia could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Patos has cracked it and Samilia is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Patos!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pilkington closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wilson's guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Pilkington throws a big elbow that misses. Wilson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pilkington controls the pace. Pilkington passes Wilson's left leg - he's now in half guard. Pilkington throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pilkington in particular looking to stall. Pilkington is stalling here. Wilson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Pilkington seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Wilson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pilkington wants to control but Wilson postures up. Wilson is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pilkington has escaped the position, nice work there. Wilson working away. Wilson is trying to get an arm triangle but Pilkington is defending well. Wilson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pilkington has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Wilson but great work by Pilkington. Pilkington tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Wilson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pilkington. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pilkington in side control lands a decent elbow. Wilson tries to get back to half guard but can't. Pilkington trying to control the action but Wilson is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilson dodges the ground and pound from Pilkington. Pilkington thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The ground and pound from Pilkington seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Pilkington wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wilson keeps working. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wilson can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson tries to buck Pilkington off but Pilkington is having none of it. Pilkington creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Wilson is looking for a sweep. Pilkington trying to control the position but Wilson is working away. Pilkington is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Wilson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Wilson tries to improve position but can't.

Pilkington wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wilson keeps working. Pilkington lands a nice forearm strike. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pilkington tries for a kimura but Wilson is defending well. Pilkington thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pilkington works a leg free and moves into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilson has hold of Pilkington's hands but Pilkington slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Pilkington working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Pilkington is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Pilkington steps over the head and cranks it - Wilson is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Pilkington!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Face gets a clinch. The Face has hold of one of Pardoel's legs. Pardoel is fighting the takedown attempt but The Face gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Pardoel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pardoel utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The Face is sitting in close to Pardoel's body. Pardoel has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! The Face is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, The Face is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Pardoel.

Smith working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Smith has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Colon is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Colon is looking to break free of the clinch but Smith has double underhooks. Smith gets through Colon's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A right hand to the body from Smith.

Colon tries to clinch up but Smith pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Colon to the mat! Colon covers up and Smith unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
