I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tommy Slammer was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Kingston throws a head kick that misses.
Slammer takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Slammer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kingston doesn't seem bothered though.

Slammer clinches up with Kingston and pushes him back against the cage.
Slammer keeps control of Kingston as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Slammer creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kingston's defenses.

Kingston fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Kingston stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kingston wants it to stay on the feet.
Kingston throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Slammer's waist but Slammer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kingston off to one side.

Slammer lands a brutal head kick. Kingston looks out on his feet and Slammer throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Jung keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Mandrick Steele has been cut.
Decent striking displayed by Jung there.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Steele closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Steele looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Steele looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jung looks like he's trying to stand up.
Steele has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Steele looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Jung with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Steele is trying to control the action in half guard but Jung is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Jung looks like he's trying to stand up.
Steele wants to take a breather but Jung is having none of it.

Steele postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Jung out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Steele goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

Svans wants to sweep here but Alvarez controlling him for the moment.

That was a close round but I would say that Adam Alvarez will probably get the nod.

A very excited looking Sebastian Svans rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Twinker cracks Bernardo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Bernardo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Twinker finish him?

Boogie is looking to clinch but Patton is avoiding it.

and Patton counters with a single leg into guard. Boogie didn't expect that.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Patton content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
