This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Hook is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Milton Blahyi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blahyi dances in with a quick combination. Hook is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Blahyi snaps Hook's head back. Hook stumbles backwards against the cage. Blahyi steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Hook's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Hook just didn't come prepared.

Torres shoots in and bounces Nibar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Torres wants to control from the top but Nibar keeps moving.
Torres pushes down on Nibar's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Nibar wants to get back to full guard but Torres has mounted him!

Nibar misses with a hook

and Torres holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Torres has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Nibar regains guard immediately.

Nibar is looking for a sweep. Torres is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Torres feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nibar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Torres throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Torres closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nibar circles away.
Nibar stalks Torres and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Torres's face. Torres staggers backwards, shaken.
Gleison Nibar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
