The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cavanhas moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Cavanhas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Storm sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cavanhas somewhat. Cavanhas looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Storm is fending him off so far but Cavanhas persists. Nope, Storm circles away and we're back to standing. Storm has a takedown stuffed. Storm stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Storm wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ari Cavanhas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Storm darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Storm is thwarting Cavanhas's attempts to control the position. Storm content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Storm working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm wants to stand up but Cavanhas is controlling the position.
Cavanhas wants to sweep but Storm has passed to side control! Cavanhas stops Storm from passing to mount. Storm takes a little break here. Cavanhas wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Cavanhas is looking to get back to full guard here but Storm has managed to pass to side control instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm controls the position from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Storm looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Cavanhas is avoiding damage well.
Storm is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cavanhas has escaped the position, nice work there. Storm taking a break here but Cavanhas is having none of it and regains half guard. Storm is thwarting Cavanhas's attempts to control the position.

Storm is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mason Storm dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cavanhas dives in and grabs Storm's left leg, looking for a takedown. Storm pushes down on Cavanhas's head and hops out. Storm fails in his attempt to clinch. Storm clinches with his opponent.
Cavanhas tries to circle away but Storm has him pinned against the cage. Storm has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Cavanhas clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Cavanhas defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Storm's arms. Storm scores with punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Even with his hooks in, Storm manages to miss with strikes from the back. Storm is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Storm is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Cavanhas knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Cavanhas for a finish. Good control from Storm. Storm struggling to land strikes to the head as Cavanhas covers up. Mason Storm has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Storm working for a choke but Cavanhas is defending well. Storm is looking to control Cavanhas but Cavanhas is wriggling around and keeping busy. Storm has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Cavanhas is defending well but eventually Storm manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Cavanhas has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Wid lands but Paaine takes it in his stride. Wid gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Paaine counters with a single leg into guard. Wid didn't expect that. Paaine controlling from the top position. Paaine's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Paaine content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Paaine drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wid dives on top into guard. Paaine keeping moving, preventing Wid from controlling successfully. Wid must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Paaine is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robotnik fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kolano avoids it really well and circles away. Kolano is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Kolano moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Carl Robotnik has been cut. A nice combination there by Kolano.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Blackwell connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blackwell scoring with strikes to the body and head. Silva wants to control but Blackwell is keeping busy and won't allow it. Blackwell looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Blackwell is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silva is just riding it out for now. Blackwell eventually gives up the hold. Silva is rocked! Silva is breathing heavily. Blackwell lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Silva quite badly. Silva pulls Blackwell in close trying to recover. Blackwell postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Silva on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Silva doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dos Anjos tries a low kick but Minto avoids it. Dos Anjos works Minto's body with a nice hook. Nice straight punches there by Dos Anjos. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dos Anjos. Dos Anjos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dos Anjos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Minto shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dos Anjos sprawls well. Dos Anjos wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Minto gets slowly back to his feet. Minto is breathing heavily. Minto throws a push kick but Dos Anjos slaps the foot to one side. Dos Anjos throws a leg kick but Minto checks it. Dos Anjos dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Minto checks a leg kick. Dos Anjos throws a low kick, looking for Minto's leg but Minto calmly moves out of range. Minto on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Minto has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Minto there as he acknowledges the shot. Dos Anjos pivots, looking for a leg kick but Minto is out of range and Dos Anjos settles back down. A shot to the liver by Dos Anjos. Beautiful body shot. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dos Anjos, as that shot connected.
Dos Anjos throws out a leg kick but Minto moves out of range and Dos Anjos only half commits. Dos Anjos paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Dave Minto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Minto takes one to the chin there. Dos Anjos connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Minto to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Dos Anjos!

Vitor Dos Anjos took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Thank you, thank you all for coming tonight... Myron is a VERY tough guy! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice inside leg kick there by Gunnarsson. That's going to slow Sakkara down. Sakkara throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gunnarsson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Good leg kick by Gunnarsson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Gunnarsson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sakkara sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gunnarsson somewhat. Some wild striking there from Sakkara.

Gunnarsson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sakkara throws a hook but Gunnarsson avoids it easily. Gunnarsson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Gunnarsson throws a head kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. A decent looking body kick lands there for Gunnarsson. Gunnarsson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Sakkara counters with a stiff right hand. Gunnarsson avoids the body shot from Sakkara.
Gunnarsson looks for a takedown but Sakkara sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teitur Gunnarsson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gunnarsson feints and as Sakkara raises his hands in defense, Gunnarsson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Gunnarsson trying to control the position from guard on top but Sakkara is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sakkara can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gunnarsson controls the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. The ref stands the fighters back up. Teitur Gunnarsson wasn't doing enough on the ground. Sakkara throws a big shot that misses. Gunnarsson takes a body punch but keeps moving. Gunnarsson has managed to clinch.

Sakkara cracks Gunnarsson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gunnarsson dives in and grabs Sakkara's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sakkara pushes down on Gunnarsson's head and hops out. Sakkara connects with the punch. Sakkara dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sakkara scores with a nice head shot. Marcus Sakkara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sakkara circles away from the clinch attempt and Sakkara counters with a lovely shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sakkara ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gunnarsson moves away. Sakkara lands a jab. Nice sprawl there from Sakkara as Gunnarsson shoots in. Sakkara lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Sakkara cracks Gunnarsson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Nice cross by Sakkara. Sakkara changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sakkara avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Gunnarsson is breathing heavily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gunnarsson is defended easily by Sakkara. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcus Sakkara dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sakkara lands a big uppercut and Gunnarsson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gunnarsson looks OK. Sakkara waves Gunnarsson back to his feet!
Gunnarsson is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Gunnarsson darts in trying to clinch and Sakkara counters with a nice body shot. Teitur Gunnarsson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sakkara fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sakkara drops Gunnarsson with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Gunnarsson! Sakkara dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vraganza throws a hook but Hay blocks it. Hay with a lazy takedown attempt and Vraganza counters with a head kick. That will keep Hay thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Nice sprawl there from Vraganza as Hay shoots in. Hay tries for a takedown but Vraganza circles away easily and Vraganza counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Vrando Vraganza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Hay. Hay throws a right hand that Vraganza ducks under and follows up with a left that Vraganza also avoids with ease. Vraganza throws a hook but Hay blocks it. Hay with a lazy takedown attempt and Vraganza counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hay's knee momentarily. Vraganza is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hay.
