13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sync Fowler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andrey Tutov! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fowler closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fowler trying to control the action but Tutov is working from the bottom. Tutov throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. Fowler tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fowler has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Tutov is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Tutov's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Fowler is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Tutov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Fowler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tutov keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tutov can't do much from the bottom here. Fowler will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tutov is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Tutov is defending against the submission attempts here by Fowler.
Fowler is trying to control. Tutov wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tutov flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Fowler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tutov's guard. Fowler is trying to work for a kimura but Tutov is defending well.
Fowler is looking to stall here but Tutov recovers full guard. Fowler drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tutov looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tutov looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tutov! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tutov advances nicely into full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tutov with the ground and pound from mount. Tutov cracks Fowler with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fowler wants to get back to his feet.
Tutov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Fowler sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Tutov missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Fowler tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Tutov has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Tutov lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Fowler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tutov looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
This has been an exciting period of action! Tutov with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Tutov controlling the pace for now. Fowler is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
BOOM! Tutov connects with a massive shot to the dome!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tutov putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Fowler regains half guard. Fowler has a hand on Tutov's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Tutov takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fowler has his takedown stuffed and Tutov counters with a good low kick that Fowler was not able to check. Fowler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Tutov misses with an attempted mid kick.

Tutov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fowler. Tutov wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Sync Fowler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tutov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fowler with a poor takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Fowler misses with a takedown and Tutov counters with a thumping low kick. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tutov smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tutov slaps away a takedown attempt from Fowler, before circling back to the center of the mat. Tutov lands a big right hand that sends Fowler crashing to the mat! Tutov stays standing though and waves Fowler back to his feet!

That's one minute gone in the round. Fowler walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Fowler limp body while Tutov jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

A very excited looking Andrey Tutov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magnum with a jab. Magnum throws a quick inside leg kick. Magnum fails with the takedown. Magnum misses with a hook
and Chihuahua counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Micah Magnum has been cut. Chihuahua shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Magnum eats them both and turns towards Chihuahua to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Magnum is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Are you kidding me?! Chihuahua ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Magnum clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morrow tries to bum rush Cruz with a series of wild strikes but Cruz uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Trent Morrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Morrow takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Morrow missing with a left hand there. Cruz was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cruz scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Morrow throws a wild body kick that Cruz sees coming a mile off. Morrow throws a lazy right hand but Cruz sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Morrow takes a jab right on the kisser.

Now he's in top in Cruz's guard. Cruz has control of Morrow's left arm, preventing Morrow from doing any damage. Cruz utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Morrow postures up and lands a big shot to Cruz's brow.

Cruz has his hands on Morrow's head, controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cruz controls Morrow momentarily but Morrow frees himself. Morrow with a nice head shot there. Cruz looking for a sweep. Not yet Cruz, not yet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Morrow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Cruz avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Morrow is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. That was a close round but I would say that Trent Morrow will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Morrow lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Cruz throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Morrow tries to land a body kick and Cruz counters with a left to the body. Cruz misses with an uppercut. Morrow saw that one coming. Morrow lands with a right hand. Morrow slips under a jab. Morrow pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Cruz blocks the body kick.

This has been an exciting period of action! Cruz misses with a hook. Morrow shoots in for a takedown but Cruz shows good takedown defense. Cruz dives in and scores a takedown into Morrow's guard. Cruz postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Morrow looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Morrow manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cruz manages to get himself to full guard.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Trent Morrow. I think Morrow has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Newbomb Turk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Trott! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turk misses with a straight right. Trott lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A nice leg kick lands there from Turk. Turk walks into a jab. Turk misses the shot to the body. Turk looks to land a combination but Trott avoids it well. Trott getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Trott misses with a leg kick and Turk counters with a left to the body. Trott uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Turk. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Trott walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Nice body kick from Trott. Trott cracks Turk with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Trott just misses with a punch to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Turk, as that shot connected.

Turk takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Trott fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Turk. Trott scores with a punch to the head. Trott lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Turk throws a leg kick but Trott sees it coming and checks it nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turk throws a shot from downtown. Trott moves away and avoids it. Trott fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Trott ducks under a wild hook from Turk. A chopping leg kick lands by Trott. Trott uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Turk. Trott fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Turk. A slow jab from Turk misses its intended target. Jonathan Trott is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Turk is trying hard to land a takedown here. Trott sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Trott throws a sloppy head kick and Turk moves out of range easily. Trott is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Turk had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Jab, jab by Trott - just one landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Trott ducks under a wild hook from Turk. Turk connects with a good right hand that stumbles Trott. Trott circles away out of range and recomposes himself. That's one minute gone in the round. Turk missing with a left hand there. Trott was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Turk takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Trott throws a leg kick but Turk sees it coming and moves out of range. Good leg kick by Trott there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Trott scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Turk doesn't seem bothered though. Turk throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Trott.

Turk gets slowly back to his feet. Turk misses with an uppercut. A bone on bone clash there as Turk blocks the leg kick.
Turk on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Trott connects with a jab. Turk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Trott is fending him off so far but Turk persists. Nope, Trott circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Newbomb Turk. and Trott counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Trott. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Trott throwing strikes but missing. Trott in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Trott advances to half guard. Trott is nestled in close to Turk, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Trott is keen to just control but Turk is a slippery customer. Turk is looking to improve his position.

Oh Turk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Turk is trying desperately to improve position. Turk seems to have got his legs back now. Trott unloading with bombs! Trott lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Turk! Trott sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Turk and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Larkin has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Larkin and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. That kick from Larkin tenderised Silva's leg. Silva is trying to keep his angry face on.
And that's the end of the fight! Ryan Larkin showed his dominance in that final round. Well Larkin has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Flabbott misses with a hook. Flabbott fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sheen avoids it really well and circles away. That's going to take a lot out of Shank Flabbott. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Flabbott works the jab nicely. No luck with that takedown attempt from Flabbott. Martinez manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Piper trying to control but Martinez is working from the bottom. Piper is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Martinez is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. This has been an exciting period of action!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van Gundy swings for the body but Inc moves out of range.
Inc takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Van Gundy lands with a shot to the body. Inc looks to score with a jab to the body but Van Gundy is just out of range. A big left from Inc misses. Van Gundy is looking to chop away at Inc's legs. Van Gundy moves out of range of the strikes. Van Gundy scoring well with a low kick there.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Inc lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Van Gundy! Inc landing shots from mount. Inc fails to advance to Van Gundy's back. Van Gundy wants to control but Inc is having none of it.

Inc has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Inc working for a guillotine from mount but Van Gundy is in no mood to give up.
