The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cabaret misses with a low kick as La Fleur jumps back. Cabaret defending well as La Fleur loads up on a big left hand. La Fleur stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and La Fleur wants it to stay on the feet. Cabaret tries to bum rush La Fleur with a series of wild strikes but La Fleur uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A big left from Cabaret misses. La Fleur checks a leg kick. Cabaret takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Everth Cabaret has been cut. Cabaret misses the jab. Cabaret wants to land a leg kick but La Fleur is out of range. Cabaret shoots in and drives through. La Fleur sprawls well. La Fleur slips under a jab. Cabaret misses with a hook. Cabaret throws the left hand but La Fleur avoids the punch easily. La Fleur catches Cabaret with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! The crowd cheers as La Fleur lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cabaret doesn't seem phased though. Everth Cabaret seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cabaret throws a solid leg kick but La Fleur takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Cabaret.

Everth Cabaret's cut is getting worse. La Fleur stuffs the takedown attempt from Cabaret. Cabaret gets slowly back to his feet. Cabaret fakes high and swings low for a body shot but La Fleur manages to avoid it. Cabaret tries to score a power double leg takedown but La Fleur sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cabaret somewhat. La Fleur lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Cabaret is breathing heavily. La Fleur lands a big shot that drops Cabaret! Can he finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This has been an exciting period of action! La Fleur is pushing down on Cabaret's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cabaret is fighting to maintain full guard but La Fleur has managed to sneak the leg through. La Fleur perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. La Fleur decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Everth Cabaret's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. La Fleur stands up from Cabaret's guard - La Fleur perhaps looking for a knockout. A slapping leg kick lands for La Fleur.
La Fleur drops his shoulder and cracks Cabaret with a huge uppercut! Cabaret goes down! Can La Fleur finish him?

Hopachi jabs at Laundoes's body. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Laundoes misses with a series of wild punches.
Hopachi wants to clinch up but Laundoes keeps it at a distance. A jab from Laundoes finds it's way through Hopachi's defenses. Laundoes keeps the fight on the outside. A combination from Laundoes does no damage. Laundoes wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Hopachi tries to clinch but Laundoes is having none of it. Laundoes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Laundoes misses with an uppercut. Hopachi sends Laundoes crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Hopachi is motioning to the referee to let Laundoes up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Apachai Hopachai is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Hopachai takes one on the chin but seems OK.

That sent Rogan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Rogan is still on wobbly legs! Can Dela finish him? Rogan looks gassed! Dela circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Rogan to the canvas! Rogan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Dela keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

That's two minutes gone in the round. T scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Areza doesn't seem bothered though. T lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Areza backs up against the cage.

MR T is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. T throws out a loose jab but Areza uses good head movement to avoid it. T misses the shot to the body. Some wild striking there from T.
T throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. T scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. T bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Areza's head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Areza has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. T sends Areza crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! T is motioning to the referee to let Areza up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! T throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
T stuffs the takedown attempt from Areza. Areza gets slowly back to his feet. MR T has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cesar Areza. T will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
