The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cumming checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Cumming fails in his attempt to clinch. Cumming blocks a head kick by Gorden.
Cumming tries to close the distance and clinch but Gorden swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gorden on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Gorden with a poor takedown and Cumming counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cumming. Cumming lands on the inside with an uppercut. Cumming manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Cumming just leaning against Gorden, taking a breather. Cumming lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Cumming has Gorden pressed against the cage.
Gorden has Cumming pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Cumming manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Gorden is trying to break the clinch but Cumming has him pressed against the cage.

Gorden has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Cumming after a bit of a struggle. Izzy Cumming has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Gorden. Cumming tries to work over Gorden's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Cumming gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Gorden.

Gorden closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gorden wants to control but Cumming is keeping him busy. Cumming is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Gorden's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cumming regains full guard. Nicely done. Cumming wants to sweep here but Gorden controlling him for the moment. Cumming has escaped and now he's on top! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gorden throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Cumming wants to control from the top but Gorden keeps moving. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gorden looking for a sweep. Not yet Gorden, not yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cumming darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Cumming lands on the inside with an uppercut. Gorden wants to take the fight to the mat but Cumming manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Cumming is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Cumming tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Gorden's elbow. Cumming lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Gorden goes for a takedown attempt but Cumming pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Gorden throws a right hand that Cumming ducks under and follows up with a left that Cumming also avoids with ease. Horrible takedown by Gorden or perhaps it was just good defense by Cumming which made him look bad.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gorden shoots and misses and Cumming counters with a one-two to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cumming tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Izzy Cumming is winning the standup battle so far. Cumming dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gorden closes the distance and clinches up with Cumming, looking for a takedown. Gorden pushes Cumming against the cage but Cumming circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Gorden swats away the attempt to clinch by Cumming. Gorden changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cumming tries to avoid it but Gorden manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cumming to the ground. Cumming escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Gorden misses the shot to the body. Cumming moves in looking to clinch but Gorden pushes him off. Cumming lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Cumming connects with a right that clearly hurt Gorden. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Cumming proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Gorden collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Paduwan throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Paduwan with a nice cross. Lamope misses with a straight right. A slow jab from Paduwan misses its intended target. Paduwan throws a looping overhand right but Lamope ducks down to avoid it. Paduwan misses with a hook. Lamope ducked under it nicely. Lamope throws a hook to the side of Paduwan 's head but Paduwan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Lamope catches Paduwan with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Vandelay preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Alves stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vandelay swivels though and keeps the full guard. Alves postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alves throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Alves tries to free his leg and advance position but Vandelay is retaining full guard. Vandelay has control of Alves's left arm, preventing Alves from doing any damage. Alves drops back, looking for a kneebar! Vandelay looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Vandelay looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Vandelay! Vandelay misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Alves is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Vandelay off and has taken his back! Alves looking for the choke but no joy. Vandelay defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maia shoots in looking for a takedown. Drakkar tries to sprawl out of it but Maia keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Drakkar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Drakkar lands with a nice body punch. Drakkar lands a nice shot to the body.
Maia dives in and grabs Drakkar's left leg, looking for a takedown. Drakkar pushes down on Maia's head and hops out. Maia shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Maia was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Maia working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Drakkar tries to buck Maia off but Maia is having none of it. Maia tries for a kimura but Drakkar is defending well. Maia is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Drakkar is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Drakkar manages to work his way to half guard, despite Maia's best efforts.

Maia is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Drakkar is just riding it out for now. Maia eventually gives up the hold. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Maia is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Drakkar tries to kick Maia off but Maia keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Maia is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Drakkar has managed to free his arm - good work. Maia is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Drakkar! Maia tries to get back to half guard but can't. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Maia looking for a sweep but Drakkar has passed into full mount! Oh no! That's going to take a lot out of him. Drakkar lands a right hook to the body.

Maia fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Drakkar avoids it really well and circles away. Nice jab there from Drakkar. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Drakkar throws a right and a left that both miss. Maia shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Drakkar sprawls well. Drakkar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Maia gets slowly back to his feet. Drakkar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Dominickoy Maia has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drakkar cracks Maia with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Maia looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Drakkar finish him?
Maia is rocked! Nice sprawl there from Drakkar as Maia shoots in. Oh Maia is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Maia shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Drakkar pinned against the cage. Drakkar gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Drakkar cracks Maia with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

Wilson cracks Nero with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Wilson scores with a sloppy right hand. Nero should have avoided that one. Wilson tries a head kick but it misses.
Wilson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nero on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Wilson throws a chopping leg kick but Nero manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Good exchange - Wilson coming out on top. Wilson throws a low kick but Nero avoids it.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Nero postures up in Wilson's guard and throws a big left but Wilson blocks it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wilson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Nero throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wilson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Nero has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Nero throwing strikes from guard but Wilson blocks nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nero drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wilson dives on top into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Williams decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lil I's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Williams throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lil I works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Williams slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Williams tries to free his leg and advance position but Lil I is retaining full guard. Williams stays in close to Lil I's body and controls the position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samani shoots in and gets a takedown into Bri's guard. Bri is pulling down on Samani's head to control his posture. Samani sitting in guard, not really doing much. Bri keeping moving, preventing Samani from controlling successfully. Samani controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Bri looking to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Seaville Bri wasn't doing enough on the ground. A good leg kick by Samani. Bri moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Charalabous misses with an uppercut
and Salwa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Charalabous scores with a one two! Salwa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Gabriel Salwa has been cut. Charalabous attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Salwa throws a half hearted mid kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Good standup being displayed there by Charalabous as he connects with a hook.
