The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonjo swats away the attempt to clinch by McSmalls. McSmalls tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bonjo counters with a one-two to the body. Bonjo wants to clinch up but McSmalls keeps it at a distance. A clash of legs there as McSmalls blocks the low kick. McSmalls misses with a takedown attempt enabling Bonjo to counter with a crisp jab. McSmalls shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bonjo sprawls well. Bonjo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McSmalls gets slowly back to his feet. Bonjo leaves McSmalls with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jonjo Bonjo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tiny McSmalls. McSmalls moves forwards but Bonjo connects with a nice, crisp jab. Bonjo throws a good cross that connects.
This has been an exciting period of action! McSmalls changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bonjo tries to avoid it but McSmalls manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bonjo to the ground. Bonjo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bonjo is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Bonjo throws a body kick that misses. Bonjo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

McSmalls closes the distance but Bonjo moves to the side and Bonjo counters into the clinch. Nicely done. McSmalls pulls guard effortlessly. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bonjo is defending well. McSmalls quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bonjo has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! McSmalls celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Door throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Door fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Nelson. Bill Door seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Door goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Nelson moves into range and clinches up with Door. Door lands an elbow just above Nelson 's eye.
It looks like Jace Nelson has been cut. A bit of stalling here from Door.
Door gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Door lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Door lands an elbow inside. Nelson takes an elbow to the temple. A nice glancing elbow lands by Door. Nelson is trying to pull guard but Door has him pressed against the cage. Door lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Nelson is rocked! Door creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Nelson! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Door.

After the fight, Errol Field was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alderson takes a swing at Chalmers's ribcage but misses. Alderson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

No, Alderson has escaped the position, nice work there. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chalmers looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. You can see the frustration on Alderson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Chalmers is working to tighten is grip on Alderson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Alderson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Chalmers is really squeezing tight and eventually Alderson passes out! Chalmers breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
