Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buakaw Nahwatsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Swedish House Mafia-One. Nahwatsu has chosen The Two Towers as his entrance music. Buakaw Nahwatsu will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Ross! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buakaw Nahwatsu! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ross lands with a kick to the temple. Nahwatsu shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Nahwatsu cracks Ross with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Nahwatsu misses with a wild combination.
Nahwatsu buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Nahwatsu throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Ross tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Nahwatsu is in Ross's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ross pulls Nahwatsu in to control the position. Ross is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Nahwatsu is trying to stand up here but Ross is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nahwatsu blocking the ground and pound attempt from Ross. Ross drops an elbow to the side of Nahwatsu's head. Ross working over Nahwatsu with some ground and pound. Nahwatsu looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nahwatsu pushes Ross off looking to stand but Ross dives back in and keeps control.
Nahwatsu is not content to let Ross control the position. Ross looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nahwatsu with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Ross has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nahwatsu keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Nahwatsu taking some punishment here, with Ross in his half guard. Ross lands strikes from half guard. Ross lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Ross scoring with strikes to the body and head. Ross throwing shots but Nahwatsu is blocking nicely. Ross throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ross working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Ross is nestled in close to Nahwatsu, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Ross is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Ross takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Ross will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ross landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Nahwatsu on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ross lands a nice short elbow. Nahwatsu is trying to stand.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neil slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat. Silva misses with a takedown attempt and Neil counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Silva! It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Neil tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva is looking to reverse the position. Neil wants to stand but Silva is controlling his arm. Silva gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Silva is trying to maintain the position but Neil is very close to passing his half guard. Neil seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Neil decides to stand up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Silva gets tackled into the cage by Neil. Neil maintains the clinch. Neil has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Silva is trying to keep an underhook but Neil manages to get the takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Neil counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Silva! Neil decides to stand back up. Neil steps back and let's Silva get back to his feet. Silva fails with the takedown and Neil counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Neil. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Neil looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Neil wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance. Neil instigates a clinch. Neil's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Neil lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Silva or not. Neil cracks Silva with a nice body shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A short left from Neil. Alex Silva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Silva is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Neil to keep the fight standing.
And that's the end of the fight! Harlem Neil showed his dominance in that final round. Well Neil has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flynn fails to land the takedown. Flynn has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Flynn there as he acknowledges the shot. Macready dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sloppy strikes from Macready. Those never looked like landing. Flynn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Macready pinned against the cage. Macready gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Good leg kick by Macready there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Macready slaps away a takedown attempt from Flynn, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cole Flynn. That's going to take a lot out of him. Macready tests Flynn's chin there with a solid looking shot. Macready instigates a clinch. Flynn tries to pull guard but Macready holds him up against the cage and eventually Flynn drops back down to his feet.
Flynn is trying to drag Macready to the mat but Macready just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Macready escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Flynn. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Flynn misses with a takedown and Macready counters with a nice leg kick. Flynn is breathing heavily. Flynn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Macready's waist but Macready gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Flynn off to one side. Macready ducks down and throws a hook to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Macready fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Flynn to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Flynn looks to clinch but Macready throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Flynn taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

And that's the end of the fight! Andy Gillespie showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kunitskiy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blackwood tries to avoid it but Joe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blackwood to the ground. Blackwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Joe thows a left - swing and a miss! Joe throws out a loose jab but Blackwood uses good head movement to avoid it. Blackwood uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Joe. Joe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Blackwood as he jumps to the side. Joe throws a hook but Blackwood avoids it easily. A momentary lapse in concentration from Joe enables Blackwood to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Joe manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Blackwood throws an elbow that misses. Joe uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Blackwood's guard. Nice move by Joe! Joe preventing the sweep. Joe is looking to work some ground and pound but Blackwood has wrist control. Joe has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Joe trying to control but Blackwood is working from the bottom. Blackwood is trying to hold Joe in close to prevent damage but Joe has managed to pass into half guard.

Saez tries to work over Mann's front leg with a kick but Mann checks it. Mann gets a clinch. Mann is trying to stall.
Saez goes for a takedown attempt but Mann pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Mann lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saez makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Saez. Mann will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mann looking to sit in guard and control but Saez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Saez trying to control the position from guard on top but Mann is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Saez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Mann keeping full guard, as Saez tries to pass.

Mann is refusing to be controlled, as Saez sits in half guard. Ground and pound from Saez. Mann pushes Saez off looking to stand but Saez dives back in and keeps control.

Mann is rocked! Saez softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Mann is out cold! Saez jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
