Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gronk Tasol! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Bullet! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bullet circles away from the clinch attempt and Bullet counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tasol's guard now. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Tasol wants to get back to his feet but Bullet is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Tasol can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bullet controls the pace. Tasol trying to keep a closed guard but Bullet is proving a slippery customer.
Tasol had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bullet defends it easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tasol looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bullet is stalling in the full guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bullet stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bullet wants it to stay on the feet. Tasol with a lazy takedown attempt and Bullet holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bullet changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tasol fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tasol fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gronk Tasol. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tasol fails to land the takedown. Danga de danga de dang - Tasol scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Jack Bullet has been cut. Tasol tries to clinch but fails miserably and Bullet holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bullet is working for takedown but Tasol is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bullet goes for a takedown attempt but Tasol pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Tasol shoots in looking for a takedown but Bullet manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tasol's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Tasol shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bullet as he jumps to the side. Bullet stuffs the takedown attempt from Tasol. Tasol gets slowly back to his feet. Tasol is breathing heavily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tasol closes the distance looking to clinch and Bullet counters with a nice double leg into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jack Bullet will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jack Bullet's cut. That's time! Tasol's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tasol. Tasol changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bullet tries to avoid it but Tasol manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bullet to the ground. Bullet escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Tasol wants to clinch but Bullet slips to the side so Bullet counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bullet wants to control from the top but Tasol keeps moving. Bullet is stalling in the full guard. Tasol keeping moving, preventing Bullet from controlling successfully. Tasol looking to control.
Tasol on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tasol tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bullet wants to control from the top but Tasol keeps moving.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jack Bullet wasn't active enough on the ground. Tasol misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gronk Tasol. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tasol looks to land a body kick but Bullet moved away. Gronk Tasol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tasol gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bullet goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tasol prevents it.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Bullet keeps the fight on the outside. Tasol tries to clinch but Bullet moves out of range. Tasol tries for a takedown but Bullet sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tasol looks to land a body kick but Bullet moved away. Tasol wants to clinch but Bullet slips to the side and Bullet counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tasol throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bullet blocks it with crossed arms. Bullet is pressed up against the cage. Tasol has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Bullet down to the mat. Bullet avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Tasol shoots in but Bullet avoids the takedown attempt easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tasol misses with an attempted mid kick.
Tasol rushes Bullet and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tasol wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Bullet drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Jack Bullet will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Jack Bullet's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Tasol shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bullet as he avoids it easily. Tasol fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bullet avoids it really well and circles away. Tasol will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bullet swats away the attempt to clinch by Tasol. A head kick misses from Tasol. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tasol throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bullet's waist but Bullet gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tasol off to one side. Tasol closes the distance and clinches up with Bullet, looking for a takedown. Tasol pushes Bullet against the cage but Bullet circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tasol shoots in looking for a takedown. Bullet tries to sprawl out of it but Tasol keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bullet manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bullet moves out of range of the body kick. Tasol will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bullet leaves Tasol with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Tasol shoots in looking for a takedown but Bullet manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tasol's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bullet defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tasol. Tasol has a takedown stuffed. Tasol shoots in for a takedown but Bullet shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Bullet slips a jab and a cross from Tasol.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tasol shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bullet sprawls well. Bullet wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tasol gets slowly back to his feet. Bullet blocks a head kick by Tasol.
Tasol tries to clinch and Bullet counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Tasol has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Tasol wants to break free but Bullet has control.
Tasol drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bullet gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Gronk Tasol has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jack Bullet is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Bullet works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Gronk Tasol showed his dominance in that final round. I think Bullet has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sigurdsson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Sigurdsson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hosoqai is out of range. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Sigurdsson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Sigurdsson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hosoqai's guard. Sigurdsson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Sigurdsson distracts Hosoqai with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sigurdsson scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Sigurdsson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hosoqai avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Sigurdsson throws a big right hand that misses. Sigurdsson working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Hosoqai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sigurdsson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hosoqai looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sigurdsson with a flurry of punches that miss. Sigurdsson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hosoqai works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Hosoqai preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sigurdsson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hosoqai utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Sigurdsson landing some decent shots from guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sigurdsson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Hosoqai preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sigurdsson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sigurdsson throwing strikes but missing. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hosoqai can do anything to dispel that myth. Sigurdsson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hosoqai works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sigurdsson seems to be working for a kimura but Hosoqai defends the submission attempt. Sigurdsson passes the guard and advances to mount! Sigurdsson loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Hosoqai scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sigurdsson land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sigurdsson stands and salutes the crowd.

Chiba goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Job throws a series of punches but Chiba avoids them all with ease. Job is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Job tries to clinch up but Chiba circles away and keeps his distance. Chiba fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Job. Job scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chiba in his tracks.

Job throws a right and a left that Chiba avoids nicely. Job throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Chiba scores with a crisp jab that stopped Job in his tracks. Job darts in trying to clinch and Chiba counters with a thumping low kick. Job slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Chiba looks for the body kick but Job saw that one coming. Job looks for the body kick but Chiba saw that one coming. Chiba swats away the attempt to clinch by Job. Job throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chiba tries to bum rush Job with a series of wild strikes but Job uses good footwork to avoid the assault. The fight stays on the outside here - Job looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Job tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chiba swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Chiba rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Job moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Job moves out of range as Chiba strikes. Job misses with an attempted mid kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Job looks to clinch and Chiba counters with an inside leg kick. Job moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Chiba scores with a body shot.
Chiba throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Job's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Sony Chiba will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Sony Chiba's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Chiba throws a head kick that misses. Good leg kick by Chiba there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Job is rocked! Chiba looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Oh Job is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Chiba throws a looping overhand right but Job ducks down to avoid it. Job is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. A left and a right from Chiba both land. Nice combination. Sony Chiba seems to be getting the better of the standup. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Chiba lands a big head kick that sends Job to the canvas! Chiba follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kruth bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rousey's head backwards. Rousey takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kruth pushes Rousey up against the cage in a clinch. Kruth lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Rousey. Rousey drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kruth pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rousey with a lazy takedown attempt and Kruth counters by clinching up. Kruth's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kruth throws a low kick but it's checked well by Rousey. Kruth wants to clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Rousey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Rousey gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kruth counters by moving into the clinch. Brojna Kruth has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royce Rousey.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rousey is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Kruth manages to break the clinch.
Kruth wants to clinch. Rousey should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Rousey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kruth.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kruth fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Rousey to the ground. Kruth is now in Rousey's guard. Kruth wants to stand but Rousey has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Rousey is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kruth defends well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kruth sitting in guard here, content to control. Rousey manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kruth manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kruth is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kruth knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rousey on the ground. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nishu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Pajaanen was covering up waiting for the punch and Nishu finishes the takedown easily into guard. Nishu pushes down on Pajaanen's leg and manages to get into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Nishu content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Nishu moves nicely into side control. Nishu working away. Pajaanen is looking for a sweep. Pajaanen wants to control but Nishu postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
