Undercard bout

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cody Easton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Easton comes into the arena with Tech N9ne The Beast (Uncensored) blaring out of the sound system. On his way into the cage it seems that Cody Easton has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Cody Easton seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Easton stalks Goldman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Goldman's face. Goldman staggers backwards, shaken.
Easton displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Goldman.
Easton throws a nice looking combination but Goldman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Easton stuns Goldman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Easton cracks a nice hook into Goldman's ribs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Goldman is defended easily by Easton.
Easton throws a right hand that Goldman ducks under and follows up with a left that Goldman also avoids with ease.
Goldman gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Easton counters with a series of strikes. Goldman will be more careful next time no doubt.
Cody Easton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Goldman.
Easton swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Goldman drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Goldman seems to have locked his on tight now - Easton screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Goldman, as he picks up the win!
