Karalim bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McGoogles's head.
Karalim stalks McGoogles and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McGoogles's face. McGoogles staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Timmy McGoogles has been cut.
Some wild striking there from Karalim.
Karalim lands a body shot.

Karalim drops McGoogles with a beautiful combination! McGoogles stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Karalim is looking for the KO!

McGoogles is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Karalim throws an uppercut from hell that sends McGoogles clean off his feet! He's out cold! Karalim stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Snowe!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snowe fails to land the takedown.
Snowe with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Motta to score with a decent uppercut.
Motta takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Motta throws a hook but Snowe blocks it.
Snowe keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Motta.
Motta cracks Snowe with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Snowe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Motta moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Snowe shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Motta manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Snowe is looking to advance position but Motta has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Motta lands a big elbow.

Motta is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Motta!

Greyven goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Chase Storm has been cut.
Storm misses with the combination.
Storm throws an overhand right that lands on Greyven's shoulder, as Greyven tries to avoid the shot.
Storm keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Storm looks to land a combination but Greyven avoids it well.
Greyven misses with a low kick.
Storm comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A head kick misses from Greyven.
Storm lands a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Greyven throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
A punch lands to the side of Greyven 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Storm scores with a jab to the jaw.

Greyven lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Greyven throws a half hearted mid kick.
Greyven throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Storm counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Greyven throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Good leg kick by Greyven there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Greyven.
Storm swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Storm misses with an uppercut.
Greyven moves out of range as Storm strikes.
Greyven throws a series of punches but Storm moves out of range.
Greyven blocks a jab.
A shot to de liver by Greyven. Beautiful body shot.
Chase Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Storm checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Storm jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Nice jab there from Storm.
Greyven pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Storm shoots in for a takedown but Greyven shows good takedown defense.
Greyven lets loose with a powerful body kick. Storm will feel that in the morning.
Rennet Greyven is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Storm looks gassed!
Storm scores with a one two! Greyven had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Storm lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Greyven circles away quickly and effectively.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Greyven.
This has been an exciting period of action!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Storm checks a low kick from Greyven.
Greyven plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Greyven keeps Storm at a distance using the push kick.
Storm takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

That has opened up Chase Storm's cut even more.
Greyven misses the jab.
Whack! Greyven lands a heavy head kick that drops Storm. The ref tackles Greyven to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Storm was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Rennet Greyven!
