Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, AB CD! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joao Fuente! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! CD moves into range and clinches up with Fuente. CD misses with a knee strike.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from CD. CD pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. CD rushes Fuente and presses him up against the cage. CD pulls Fuente into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Fuente stopping the sweep attempt from CD. CD utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fuente wants to control from the top but CD keeps moving. CD keeping full guard, as Fuente tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fuente is looking to work some ground and pound but CD has wrist control. CD has an active guard here but Fuente has managed to pass into half guard.
CD is not content to let Fuente control the position. CD wants to get back to full guard. CD might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fuente is trying to control. CD wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Fuente prevents CD from standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fuente is keen to just control but CD is a slippery customer.
Joao Fuente has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. No luck for Fuente with that takedown attempt. A head kick misses from CD. CD feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. OK we're going to have a standup here. Joao Fuente hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. CD throws a right and a left that Fuente avoids nicely. CD throws a head kick that misses. Fuente tries to sprawl but CD drives through with a takedown into half guard. CD is breathing heavily. Fuente tries to get to full guard but CD has control of the leg. CD throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Kinkaid bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. But no, Noner has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kinkaid but great work by Noner. Noner is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kinkaid is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kinkaid regains half guard. Kinkaid is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Noner is tapping! Great win for Kinkaid!

The fight stays on the outside here - Banan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Banan darts in trying to clinch and Jones counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Jones. Banan landing knees to the body.

Carneiro is taking a breather. KapKav says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. KapKav wants to control but Carneiro is keeping busy.

KapKav didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Carneiro is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Carneiro hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
