The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Jallu. Those never looked like landing. Mund avoids the head kick by Jallu.
Jallu lands a big head kick that sends Mund tumbling to the mat! Jallu takes a step backwards and waves Mund back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Justin Mund has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jallu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mund manages to avoid it. Jallu tries a head kick but it misses.
Jallu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mund has eaten all the pies! Jallu misses with a two punch combination.
Jallu lands a big head kick that sends Mund tumbling to the mat! Jallu takes a step backwards and waves Mund back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mund is rocked! Jallu misses with a looping right. Mund is still on wobbly legs! Can Jallu finish him? Mund slips a jab from Jallu. Mund seems to have recovered his senses. Mund shoots in looking for a takedown. Jallu tries to sprawl out of it but Mund keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jallu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. No luck for Mund with that takedown attempt. An inside leg kick lands from Jallu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jallu swings widly with a right hand
and Mund counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Jallu leaves Mund with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Turpa Jallu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Mund. Jallu lands a jab-cross combination.
That has opened up Justin Mund's cut even more. Jallu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jallu lunges at Mund with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mund's hand.
The cut above Justin Mund's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jallu steps in with a hook that catches Mund right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Jallu follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Mund looks absolutely devastated.

and Carter counters with a big head kick but Damn shrugs it off. Carter lands a big head kick that sends Damn tumbling to the mat! Carter takes a step backwards and waves Damn back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Damn is rocked!
It looks like Sam Damn has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Carter has cracked Damn with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Carter lands another huge swinging hook and Damn tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Damn, before Carter can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bull Carter! An out of breath Bull Carter thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice shot by Barry. Barry lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Barry. Sangorrin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Barry defends it nicely. A cross from Barry lands. Barry goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sangorrin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Barry sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sangorrin somewhat. Sangorrin moves out of range as Barry strikes. Barry misses with an uppercut. Sangorrin saw that one coming. Barry with a nice cross. Barry loads up on a big right hand but Sangorrin slips the punch. Sangorrin ducks under a wild hook from Barry. Sangorrin misses with a two punch combination.
Sangorrin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Barry. Barry obviously looking to wear him down.
Nice shot lands for Barry. Barry lands a jab to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barry lands with a good body shot. Sangorrin fails with the takedown. Pat Barry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Sangorrin. Sangorrin misses the jab. Barry bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Sangorrin fails to land with a series of punches.
Sangorrin fails with a takedown attempt. Sangorrin looks winded! Sangorrin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Barry throws a sloppy head kick and Sangorrin moves out of range easily. Barry swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sangorrin. Barry is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. No joy there for Sangorrin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sangorrin tries for a takedown but Barry sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Sangorrin takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Sangorrin misses with a wild combination.
Sangorrin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sangorrin takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Barry throws a quick inside leg kick. Barry lands with a straight right. Sangorrin didn't see that one coming. Sangorrin finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Barry's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Sangorrin falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Jones is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Nelson's half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Nelson is trying to get back to full guard. Nelson moves into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones is working Nelson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jones sitting in guard here, content to control. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nelson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nelson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jones manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nelson trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Nelson sitting in guard here, content to control. Jones working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Nelson. Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jones striking from the bottom.
Nelson wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jones can do anything to dispel that myth. Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nelson is one step ahead there. Jones keeping moving, preventing Nelson from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones pulls Nelson in to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Roy Nelson wasn't doing enough on the ground. Jones dives in and grabs Nelson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nelson pushes down on Jones's head and hops out. Jones gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jones manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Nelson wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. Jones is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones keeping moving, preventing Nelson from controlling successfully. Jones trying to control the position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jones throws a low kick, looking for Nelson's leg but Nelson calmly moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nelson drops Jones with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jones looks back up at him and smiles so Nelson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jones throws a right and a left that both miss. Jones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nelson but Nelson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Nelson blocks a head kick by Jones.
Jones gets a takedown into half guard. Jones looks winded! Nelson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though. Jones is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Jones is thwarting Nelson's attempts to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Nelson is not content to let Jones control the position.
We're going to have a standup here because Roy Nelson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Jones is holding his hands too far apart here. Nelson throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Jones is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Falichov shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Krenshaw manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Krenshaw working a defensive guard here.
Falichov decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Krenshaw scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Krenshaw connects with a crisp jab. Good work by Falichov as he checks the leg kick. The fight moves into the clinch position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Falichov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Krenshaw enables Falichov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Krenshaw manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Krenshaw looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Falichov wants to pass the guard but Krenshaw is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Falichov loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Falichov controlling from the top position. Falichov slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. A lull in the action here. Krenshaw takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Falichov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Falichov landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Falichov decides to stand back up. Krenshaw dips to his left and cracks Falichov with an uppercut! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Krenshaw scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Falichov has taken the fight to the clinch.

Krenshaw lands with a shot to the body. Krenshaw walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Falichov checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Krenshaw scores with a nice right hand.
Falichov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Krenshaw is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Krenshaw is trying to maintain the position but Falichov is very close to passing his half guard. Falichov works his way into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Falichov get's back to his feet. Jab from Krenshaw. Krenshaw is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Krenshaw scores with a shot to the body.
Falichov looking to score a takedown here. Krenshaw is defending well but Falichov drives through and ends up in Krenshaw's guard. Falichov looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Falichov is breathing heavily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Martin Falichov will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Falichov throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Krenshaw sees it coming and avoids it easily. Krenshaw throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Krenshaw goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Krenshaw lands a jab to the head.
Falichov walks into a straight right hand from Krenshaw. Krenshaw lands a jab to Falichov's midsection.

Falichov throws a combination that misses and Krenshaw counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Krenshaw stalks Falichov and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Falichov's face. Falichov staggers backwards, shaken. Krenshaw uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Falichov has time to react. Krenshaw feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Falichovs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Falichov is rocked! Martin Falichov is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
