Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Judas Lullaby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sargent Nelson! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lullaby swinging wildly here.
Lullaby throws a push kick but Nelson slaps the foot to one side. Nelson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lullaby manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Lullaby explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Nelson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lullaby scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Nelson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lullaby misses with an uppercut. Lullaby pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nelson back to the cage. Lullaby follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Sargent Nelson has been cut. Lullaby lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Nelson tries to clinch but Lullaby is having none of it. Lullaby lands a two punch combo.
Nelson is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lullaby displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nelson. Nelson is still on wobbly legs! Can Lullaby finish him? Oooooh!!! Lullaby has knocked Nelson down with a huge combo! Lullaby steps away and waves a wobbly Nelson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Nelson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Nelson is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Nelson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

He's got his arms around Lullaby's waist but Lullaby gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nelson off to one side. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lullaby. Nelson slips a jab and a cross from Lullaby.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Nelson in particular looking to stall. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sargent Nelson has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Nelson shoots for a takedown but Lullaby saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lullaby's guard. Nelson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Lullaby is in trouble now - Nelson has advanced to mount!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Newell works the jab nicely. Newell misses with a left hand and Barbee counters with a nice uppercut. Barbee slips a jab from Newell. Newell punishes Barbee's body with a nice straight punch. Barbee ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Barbee lands a nice hook to Newell's body. Newell takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Newell misses with a hook. Newell misses with a straight right. Barbee on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Vrutaal - just one landing. Burns throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vrutaal's waist but Vrutaal gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Burns off to one side. Burns with a lazy takedown attempt and Vrutaal counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Burns tries to pull guard but Vrutaal won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Parker Burns. That's going to take a lot out of him. A nice glancing elbow lands by Vrutaal. Burns takes an elbow to the temple. Burns fails to pull guard.
Vrutaal creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Burns's defenses.

Burns is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! With the fighters up against the cage, Vrutaal throws an elbow but misses. Oh Burns is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Vrutaal looks to throw an elbow but misses. Burns avoids a wild elbow strike from Vrutaal. Vrutaal using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Burns is breathing heavily. Burns jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Vrutaal walks away with a smile on his face. Burns gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Vrutaal fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Burns. Vrutaal drops Burns with a naaaaasty hook - Burns is in real trouble here! Vrutaal dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mourits Vrutaal! An out of breath Mourits Vrutaal thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jesus shoots in looking for a takedown. Boomer tries to sprawl out of it but Jesus keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boomer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Boomer's corner calls for a 1-2. Boomer obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Boomer lands a nice hook to Jesus's body. Jesus takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Boomer connects with a looping right hand.
Jesus doesn't succeed with the takedown and Boomer counters with a straight punch to the midsection. A big left from Jesus misses. Jesus wants to clinch but Boomer slips to the side and Boomer counters with a series of strikes. Jesus will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jesus is rocked! Jesus could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Boomer connects with a body shot. Jesus closes the distance and clinches up with Boomer, looking for a takedown. Jesus pushes Boomer against the cage but Boomer circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Baby Jesus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boomer changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Boomer digs a good hook to Jesus's body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Win has his takedown stuffed and Jumbo counters with a takedown into side control. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Jumbo postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jumbo postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Jumbo controls the position. Jumbo in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Win is not content to let Jumbo control the position. Jumbo looking to control but instead Win has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Jumbo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Win defending well though.

Win keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jumbo looks to land a strike but Win avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Jumbo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Win looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Win! Jumbo is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Win's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Win trying to mount his opponent but Jumbo defends it. Jumbo is trying is best to control the position here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Win keeping moving, preventing Jumbo from controlling successfully. Jumbo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Win wants to sweep here but Jumbo controlling him for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Win desperately trying to maintain half guard. Jumbo missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Jumbo throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jumbo wants to take a breather but Win is having none of it. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Jumbo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Win regains full guard. Nicely done. Jumbo wants to control from the top but Win keeps moving.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mumbo Jumbo wasn't active enough on the ground. Win tries for a takedown but Jumbo circles away easily and Jumbo counters with a shoot takedown. Win fights it but they end up in guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Win wants to sweep but no luck. Jumbo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Win works some decent striking defense from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jumbo throws an elbow that misses. Win uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jumbo's guard. Nice move by Win! Jumbo keeping full guard, as Win tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mumbo Jumbo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Win gets a clinch. Jumbo lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Jumbo lands a shot to the body. Jumbo gets underhooks to prevent Win's takedown attempt.
Jumbo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Win tries for a takedown but Jumbo circles away easily and Jumbo counters with a shoot takedown. Win fights it but they end up in guard. Jumbo throws a strike but Win rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jumbo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Win trying to control but Jumbo is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Win is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jumbo is on top in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jumbo cracks Win with a solid left hand. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jumbo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jumbo postures up in Win's guard and throws a big left but Win blocks it. Win is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Easy Win. That's going to take a lot out of him. Win is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jumbo is defending well for now. Win changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jumbo fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Win walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Win shoots and misses and Jumbo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jumbo gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Win regains guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Win working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jumbo.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez looking for a takedown here - he's got it. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Sanchez trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Whitfield working a defensive guard but Sanchez manages to pass into side control anyway.
Whitfield can't do much from the bottom here. Whitfield prevents Sanchez from improving position. Whitfield sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Sanchez is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Whitfield tries to roll over but Sanchez keeps him under control. Whitfield is pressing down on Sanchez's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Whitfield has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sanchez should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Whitfield has tightened it up now! Sanchez should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
