The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benson blocks a head kick by Braune.

Benson shoots in and drives through. Braune sprawls well. Braune plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Braune misses with a double jab.
Braune fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Braune throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Benson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Braune avoids it really well and circles away. Braune lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Benson at a distance.

A low kick from Braune misses and Benson counters with a flying knee. Nice. A punch combination from Braune misses. Delone Braune is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A kick lands to the mid section there for Braune. Benson swats away the attempt to clinch by Braune. Benson blocks a head kick by Braune.
Benson shoots for a takedown but Braune saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Braune moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Braune lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Benson avoids the head kick by Braune.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Braune throws a sloppy head kick and Benson moves out of range easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Braune throws a body kick that misses and Benson counters with a flying knee. Nice. Delone Braune seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Benson shoots in for a takedown but Braune shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Braune stalks Benson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Benson's face. Benson staggers backwards, shaken. Benson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Benson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Braune lands a jab-cross combination. Braune tries a low kick but Benson avoids it. Braune throws a low kick but Benson avoids it. Braune is looking to clinch but Benson is avoiding it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Braune with a nice cross. Braune throws a right hand that Benson ducks under and follows up with a left that Benson also avoids with ease. Braune finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Delone Braune dominated that round. The cut man is working on Delone Braune's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Benson shoots in for a takedown but Braune shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Benson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A head kick misses from Braune. Delone Braune seems to be getting the better of the standup. Braune looks to throw a body kick and Benson counters with a stiff right hand. Braune misses with a wild combination.

Benson tries to close the distance and clinch but Braune swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Benson is looking to slow Braune down with leg kicks. Benson wants to clinch up but Braune keeps it at a distance. Benson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Benson is defended easily by Braune. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Benson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Braune throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Benson counters with a big head kick but Braune shrugs it off. A head kick misses from Braune. Braune misses with a body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Benson rushes Braune and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Benson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Braune tries to break free but Benson pushes him back against the cage. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Benson. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Knees to the body from Benson.

Braune connects with a good right hand that stumbles Benson. Benson circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Braune throws a right hand that Benson ducks under and follows up with a left that Benson also avoids with ease. Braune scores with a hook. Braune throws a sloppy head kick and Benson moves into the clinch. Benson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Delone Braune showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Delone Braune's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Braune looks for the body kick but Benson saw that one coming. Braune thows a leg kick but Benson checks it and Benson counters with a thumping low kick. Braune misses with the combination.

Horrible takedown by Benson or perhaps it was just good defense by Braune which made him look bad. Benson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Braune pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Benson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Braune circles away quickly and effectively. Benson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Braune jabs Benson to the body, keeping him at a distance. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Braune lands a two punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round. Braune lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Braune. Benson doesn't manage to clinch there - Braune circles away.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Benson as Braune tries to tie him up. Benson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Braune has him pressed against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Braune's face as he tries to break the clinch. Delone Braune is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Braune managing to block the knees to the body from Benson.
Benson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Braune is defending well for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Benson has Braune pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Braune manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Ben Benson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Benson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Braune's efforts to push away.
And that's the end of the fight! Delone Braune comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Braune winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Mason comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hed pe - Renegade kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Mason passes easily into side control. Nice work. Mason taking a breather here. Hunt can't do much from the bottom here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hunt is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Mason in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Mason has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mason fails to land a wild elbow strike.

That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Hunt's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Hunt looking for a sweep but Mason has passed into full mount! Oh no! Mason with good strikes from the mount here! Hunt on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hunt tries to get out of the position. Mason pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Mason working the ground and pound effectively.
Hunt is rocked! Whack. That's a big, big shot from Mason! Hunt is out cold! This one is all over!

and Silva counters with a nice uppercut. Poirier throws the left hand but Silva avoids the punch easily. Peter Poirier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Silva looks to land a right hand but Poirier moved out of range. Silva ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Silva uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Poirier. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Poirier, as that shot connected.
Poirier throws a combination that misses and Silva counters with a one-two to the body. Poirier throws a hook but Silva avoids it easily. Silva scores with a jab to the jaw. Wooooo! Good work there from Godbolt! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dos Santos is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Godbolt is keen to just control but Dos Santos is a slippery customer. Dos Santos gets full guard. Godbolt controlling from the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Matthew Godbolt will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

"I don't think so" says Godbolt as he avoids it easily. Dos Santos stuffs the takedown. Rafael Dos Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Dos Santos.
Dos Santos misses with a left hand and Godbolt moves into the clinch. Godbolt misses with a punch to the body.
Dos Santos jumps guard but Godbolt stands there with Dos Santos around his waist. Dos Santos gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Godbolt goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Dos Santos pulls guard. Godbolt lands a couple of decent looking shots. Godbolt landing some decent shots from guard. Godbolt chips away with some ground and pound. Godbolt advances position into side control! Godbolt wants to control but Dos Santos is keeping him busy. Dos Santos is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Godbolt off and has taken his back! Godbolt looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tom Brandt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Silva! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva shoots and misses and Brandt counters with a shoot takedown. Silva fights it but they end up in guard. Silva working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Brandt has passed into half guard!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brandt sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Silva defending well though. Brandt works his way into full mount! Brandt cracks Silva with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brandt has hold of Silva's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Silva manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Brandt prevents Silva from getting the reversal. Brandt is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Silva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Silva is working to get back to half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Brandt unloading with bombs! Silva is squirming around, avoiding Brandt's attempts to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brandt cracks Silva with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foreman Frazier connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Foreman Frazier cracks a nice hook into Somchaimy's ribs. Somchaimy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Good standup being displayed there by Foreman Frazier as he connects with a hook. Foreman Frazier displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Somchaimy throws out the jab. Somchaimy throws the kick towards the body but Foreman Frazier avoids it. Foreman Frazier looks to land a left hand but Somchaimy moved out of range nicely. Somchaimy on the wrong end of a nice jab. Foreman Frazier throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Somchaimy colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Foreman Frazier as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Somchaimy is left battered and dazed whilst Foreman Frazier and his camp cheer!
