The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fuko gets caught napping as Soth dives in and scores a takedown. Fuko manages to retain guard.

Fuko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Soth gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Soth is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Fuko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Soth doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Soth manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

He only made it down to 172.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him.
