1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Ortiz! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ortiz uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Matthews closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ortiz circles away. A looping hook to the body misses from Matthews. Ortiz does a little dance to reset his feet. Ortiz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ortiz connects with a good right hand that stumbles Matthews. Matthews circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Matthews showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ortiz.

and Ortiz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Matthews misses with a body shot.
Ortiz connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Matthews's hands. Matthews connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ortiz lands a head kick. Matthews smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
 Matthews is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ortiz drops Matthews with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Matthews! Ortiz dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Ortiz! A very excited looking David Ortiz made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! West lands a jab to the head.
West on the wrong end of a nice jab. West throws a leg kick that misses.
West rushes Bing and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. West misses with an elbow over the top. Bing avoids a wild elbow strike from West. West is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bing avoids a wild elbow strike from West. West throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bing blocks it with crossed arms. Bing goes for a takedown attempt but West pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bing takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Bing tries to clinch but fails miserably letting West counter with a right hand.
 That's one minute gone in the round. West displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bing. West feints and then cracks Bing's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bing down. Bing is looking to take this fight into the clinch. West swings away with a leg kick that misses. West attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Nice straight punches there by West. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of West.

West is pushing Bing up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Bing drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Bing is trying to drag West to the mat but West just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. West crunches a lovely knee into Bing's ribcage.

West lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Bing is looking for a takedown up against the cage. West gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. West tries to land knees in the clinch but Bing avoids the damage to the body. A nice glancing elbow lands by West.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. West lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Easton West dominated that round. The cut man is working on Chandler Bing's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
West throws a head kick that misses. West throws a sloppy head kick and Bing moves out of range easily. Chandler Bing is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
West fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bing, pushing him back against the cage. Easton West seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Bing manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Bing keeping full guard, as West tries to pass.
Bing working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. West doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. West manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for West. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. West trying to control but Bing is working from the bottom. Bing is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. West looking to pass the guard.

West got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bing has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, West has managed to get both his arms back between Bing's legs - danger averted. West really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bing. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. West wanted to stand there but Bing had control of the position. West forces his way into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bing has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. West is working away from the top position though. Bing wants to control the action here but instead West manages to pass to full mount!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Bing sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. West tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bing knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
West is thwarting Bing's attempts to control the position. Bing is looking to improve his position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bing wants to control but West is keeping busy.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bing throws a combination but it was largely blocked by West.
Bing dives in and scores a takedown into West's guard. Bing throws a big elbow that misses. Bing postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. West looking to control.
West wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bing is now in half guard. West trying to control here.
West is refusing to be controlled, as Bing sits in half guard. West is trying to get back to full guard. Bing wants to lay and pray for a moment but West keeps working.

Bergasmarchi gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Bergasmarchi on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Donk. Lewis catches Bergasmarchi right on the button with a cross. Bergasmarchi shoots in looking for a takedown. Lewis tries to sprawl out of it but Bergasmarchi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lewis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gabriel Bergasmarchi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lewis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bergasmarchi throws a right hand that Lewis ducks under and follows up with a left that Lewis also avoids with ease. Lewis throws a series of punches but Bergasmarchi avoids them all with ease. Bergasmarchi eats them both and turns towards Lewis to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

and Lewis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Lewis throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bergasmarchi loads up on a big right hand but Lewis slips the punch. Lewis just misses with a punch to the body.
Lewis lands with an uppercut that bounces Bergasmarchi off the cage and back into range. Bergasmarchi swinging wildly here.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bergasmarchi is in the full mount, landing strikes. Bergasmarchi tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Bergasmarchi punishing his opponent with strikes. Bergasmarchi trying to control but Lewis is having none of it. Lewis's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Bergasmarchi unloading with bombs! Bergasmarchi can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lewis is looking to escape. Bergasmarchi controlling the position easily from mount.
Bergasmarchi has control of Lewis's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lewis regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bergasmarchi avoids the attempt from Lewis to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Lewis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Lewis has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Subdollah does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Rance closes the distance but Subdollah moves to the side and Subdollah counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
