The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Butler scores with a sloppy right hand. Tua should have avoided that one. The Butler swats away the attempt to clinch by Tua. Tua misses with a head kick.
Tua gets cracked with a nice right hand there by The Butler.
It looks like Nate Tua has been cut. Tua on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Tua is rocked! Tua takes one to the chin there. Oh Tua is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The Butler rushes Tua and presses him up against the ropes. Tua utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The Butler lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. A body shot lands from The Butler.
Tua can't break the clinch.
Tua tries to break the clinch but The Butler is controlling the position. The Butler lands a damaging elbow. A short right hand to the side of the head by The Butler. The Butler unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Tua! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but The Butler is unloading with more strikes now! Tua drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! That kick from Northman tenderised Seamon's leg. Seamon is trying to keep his angry face on. Nice body punch from Northman. Northman clinches up with Seamon and pushes him back against the ropes. Northman holding his opponent close, against the ropes.
Northman tries a knee to the head but Seamon blocks it.

Seamon fails with the takedown. Northman throws a nice inside leg kick. Seamon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Northman scores with a jab to the jaw. Seamon is breathing heavily. Northman manages to break the clinch.

I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Northman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Northman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Chris Seamon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Seamon takes a swing at Northman's ribcage but misses. Northman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. A nice combination there by Northman.
Northman works the jab nicely. Northman rushes Seamon and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Northman lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Northman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Seamon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Northman throws a head kick but Seamon moves out of range.
Northman closes the distance and pushes Seamon back into the ropes. Northman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nice combo by Northman! Oh, that's hurt him - Seamon falls to the canvas and Northman follows him into side control.

Will he be able to recover?!! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Seamon seems to have got his legs back now. Seamon is trying to get back to half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Eric Northman. Northman lands a left and a right that sends Seamon crashing to the canvas! Northman dives into mount looking to finish!
That's five minutes gone in the round. Seamon tries to hold on but Northman postures up. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Northman tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Seamon gets back to half guard.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Northman performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Eric Northman wasn't active enough on the ground. Northman with a body punch. A glancing blow. Seamon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Northman sprawls well. Northman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Seamon gets slowly back to his feet. A head kick misses from Seamon. Northman misses with a few strikes there.
Eric Northman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Seamon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Northman - the referee stops the clock and Seamon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Northman. Seamon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Seamon shoots in looking for a takedown but Northman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Seamon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Horila is looking for a sweep. Williams is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Horila actively working from the bottom here. Williams not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Horila trying to control here.
Williams with the ground and pound but Horila uses the opportunity to regain guard. Williams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Horila has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Williams has managed to get both his arms back between Horila's legs - danger averted. Horila is breathing heavily. Williams is looking to work some ground and pound but Horila has wrist control. Williams wants to pass the guard but Horila is keeping the position. Williams throws a big elbow that misses. Williams loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Horila working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Williams. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Horila has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Williams doesn't defend quickly enough and Horila has managed to lock this one up! Can Williams escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Horila on a fantastic submission victory.

Sharp keeps the fight on the outside. Sharp listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Silva moves out of range of the body kick. Sharp misses with a series of wild punches.

Sharp gets tackled into the ropes by Silva. Silva maintains the clinch. Sharp tries to circle away but Silva has him pinned against the ropes. Silva lands a hook to the side of the head. Silva dips a shoulder and cracks Sharp with a mighty uppercut! Sharp falls back against the ropes and Silva unloads with a barrage of strikes! Sharp is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Silva screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jom thuds a left hand into Sandwich's body. Sandwich throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jom throws a series of punches but Sandwich avoids them all with ease. Jom throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sandwich. Jom slips under a jab. Sandwich dives in and scores a takedown into Jom's guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Sandwich tries to free his leg and advance position but Jom is retaining full guard. Sandwich trying to control but Jom is working from the bottom. Jom is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Jom is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Sandwich wants to control from the top but Jom keeps moving. Sandwich postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jom is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! Sandwich might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Sandwich not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Mctanned wants to pass to mount but Vivamus is defending the position. Mctanned passes to side control.

Vivamus takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Mctanned advances to full mount. Mctanned is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Vivamus has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Vivamus!
