The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grove throws a head kick that misses. Koma tries to clinch but Grove is having none of it. Grove tries to keep at a distance but Koma has taken the fight into the clinch. Grove tries to circle away but Koma has him pinned against the ropes. Grove tries to break the clinch but Koma is controlling the position. Grove avoiding damage as Koma throws knees to the body.
Koma lands a left hand that snaps the head of Grove backwards. Grove keeps control of Koma as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Koma looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Grove breaks from the clinch.
Grove throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Left hook, right uppercut from Grove. Koma closes the distance and clinches. Grove breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Koma tries to clinch up. Koma throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Koma counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Koma looks at the referee who does nothing so Koma lands a crushing right that sends Grove to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Procurator misses. Procurator stuffs the takedown attempt from Vasiliev. Vasiliev gets slowly back to his feet. Procurator misses with a body kick. Procurator avoids the head kick by Vasiliev.
Vasiliev misses with a takedown attempt and Procurator counters with a nice uppercut. Vasiliev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Procurator paws at him with a jab and circles away. Vasiliev misses with a low kick. Vasiliev misses with a takedown attempt - Procurator sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Esteban Procurator has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oleg Vasiliev. Procurator throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Vasiliev sees it coming and avoids it easily. Oleg Vasiliev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vasiliev shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Procurator tries to roll over but Vasiliev keeps him under control. Vasiliev is pressing down on Procurator's thigh, looking to free his foot. Procurator is holding on for now. Procurator has his hands clasped together around Vasiliev's back. Vasiliev is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Procurator sees it coming and defends easily. Procurator keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Procurator is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Vasiliev thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Procurator's head. Procurator gets full guard. Procurator looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vasiliev is one step ahead there. Procurator knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vasiliev on the ground. Vasiliev is looking to work some ground and pound but Procurator has wrist control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Oleg Vasiliev will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Procurator is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Vasiliev makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vasiliev throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Procurator works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Vasiliev preventing the sweep. Vasiliev tries to free his leg and advance position but Procurator is retaining full guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Vasiliev throwing strikes but missing. Procurator on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Procurator tries to get out of the position. Vasiliev trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vasiliev accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Procurator looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Vasiliev is looking to clinch but Procurator is avoiding it.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Procurator keeping moving, preventing Vasiliev from controlling successfully. Vasiliev moves away from the strike by Procurator. Vasiliev throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Procurator. Vasiliev takes a body punch but keeps moving. Procurator looks to score with a jab to the body but Vasiliev is just out of range. Vasiliev tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Procurator swivels and escapes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vasiliev checks a leg kick nicely. Vasiliev fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Procurator throws a hook to the side of Vasiliev's head but Vasiliev sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Procurator looks to score with a jab to the body but Vasiliev is just out of range. Procurator misses with a looping left. A punch lands to the side of Vasiliev 's head but he takes it in his stride. Esteban Procurator is winning the standup battle so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Vasiliev misses with a double jab.

It looks like Veli Schwarzeneg has been cut. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Por Pramuki wants to stand but Schwarzeneg is controlling his arm. Schwarzeneg is still in real trouble! Can Por Pramuki finish him? Schwarzeneg throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Por Pramuki dances in with a quick combination. Schwarzeneg is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Por Pramuki snaps Schwarzeneg's head back. Schwarzeneg stumbles backwards against the ropes. Por Pramuki steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Schwarzeneg's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Schwarzeneg just didn't come prepared.

After the fight, Buakaw Por Pramuki was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. James digs a good body shot into Jonberg's ribs. A combination from James does no damage. James lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by James. That was a close round but I would say that Jesse James will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yawoka takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Yawoka wants to clinch up but Yauch keeps it at a distance. Horrible takedown by Yawoka or perhaps it was just good defense by Yauch which made him look bad. Yauch throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Yawoka's head. Yauch gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yawoka stands and throws Yauch's legs to the side, diving into side control. Yawoka controlling the position from side mount. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalaso takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Palo pushes Kalaso away with a front kick. Kalaso takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Palo cracks Kalaso with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Palo's corner calls for a 1-2. Palo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Donk. Palo catches Kalaso right on the button with a cross. Kalaso throws a right hand that Palo ducks under and follows up with a left that Palo also avoids with ease. Kalaso shoots in but Palo avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kalaso misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Palo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Kalaso tries to clinch but Palo is having none of it. Kalaso misses with a wild combination.
Kalaso stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Palo. Kalaso looks to land a combination but Palo avoids it well. Palo blocks a head kick by Kalaso.

Palo getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Kalaso shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Palo connects with the punch. Kalaso tries to clinch up but Palo circles away and keeps his distance. Kalaso moves in looking to clinch but Palo pushes him off. Kalaso takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Palo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tauno Palo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harvi Kalaso. Palo ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Palo throws out a powerful jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kalaso takes one to the side of the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Palo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kalaso has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Palo lands a nice looking body shot.
Palo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Kalaso lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Palo circles away quickly and effectively. Palo jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Leek steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Le. Leek throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Le holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Leek managing to block the knees to the body from Le.

Leek breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jargo Leek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Le lands a nice leg kick that just misses Leek's sensitive parts.

Le blocks a body shot from Leek. Leek pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Le throws a jab but it's blocked by Leek. Leek fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Le is out of range. Leek misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Le.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Le misses with an attempted mid kick.

Cung Le dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Leek is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Le screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
