Maniek King had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 148.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Maniek King had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mariano Mison! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King misses with a takedown and Mison decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in King's guard. King doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
King looking to control but Mison passes into half guard.
King trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Mison manages to pass to mount!
King wants to control but Mison is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. King is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
King is working hard here to advance position. King tries to hold on but Mison pushes him away. Mison stands up from mount. Strange move. King throws a body punch but Mison moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King with a poor takedown so Mison counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. King looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mison is one step ahead there. King is breathing heavily. Mison stands up from King's guard - Mison perhaps looking for a knockout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. King gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Mison counters with a nice double leg into side control. King won't be happy with that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maniek King. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King tries to buck Mison off but Mison is having none of it. King is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Mison stands up. King misses with a series of wild punches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Mison is out of range. Mison slips under a jab. King moves to clinch but Mison breaks away and Mison counters with a single leg into guard. King didn't expect that. Mison stands up from guard. Let's bang! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mison avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mariano Mison dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
King tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Maniek King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. King closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Mison is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. King in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. King tries to stand but Mison is controlling his head. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. King tries to get to his feet but Mison is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with King in his guard. Mariano Mison has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mison pushes King off and scrambles back to his feet.
King tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mison manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. King fails to land the takedown. King goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. King scores with a takedown into Mison's guard. King prevents Mison from getting back to his feet. King tries to free his leg and advance position but Mison is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. King drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. King trying to control but Mison is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mison has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes King off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. King tries for a takedown but Mison sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mison but Mison pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maniek King. That's going to take a lot out of him. King misses with a wild body shot. Mison steps to the side to avoid the strikes from King. King goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. King fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. King tries to clinch up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Maniek King dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
King has his takedown stuffed and Mison counters with a takedown into side control. Mison decides to stand back up. The fight stays on the outside here - King looks like he's thinking about clinching though. King looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mison is fending him off so far but King persists. Nope, Mison circles away and we're back to standing. King goes for a double leg but Mison avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mison continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maniek King. That's going to take a lot out of him. King stops a takedown attempt from Mison.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mison has King pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. King manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mison has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. King is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Mison keeps the fight in the clinch, despite King's efforts to push away. Mison has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by King after a bit of a struggle. King tries to pull guard but Mison won't allow it.
King has had enough of the clinch but Mison keeps him there for the moment. Mison can't get the takedown.
King stops a takedown attempt from Mison.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mison changes levels and goes for a takedown here. King fights it off and pushes away nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from King. King shoots and misses and Mison counters with a single leg into guard. King didn't expect that. Mison gets to his feet. King looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mison slaps away a takedown attempt from King, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. King shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mison defends it nicely. Mison stuffs the takedown attempt from King. King gets slowly back to his feet. King fails with a takedown attempt from distance. King pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. King looks for a takedown but Mison sprawls well. King missing with a left hand there. Mison was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. King tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mison paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mison moves away from the strike by King. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mison avoids the body shot from King.
King will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And that's the end of the fight! Mariano Mison comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mison has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roman Mazzuca! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mazzuca gets the takedown into side control. Mazzuca misses with the ground and pound. James is trying to improve his position. Mazzuca landing a few strikes. Mazzuca looking to punish the body of his opponent here but James is avoiding damage well.
Mazzuca just content to control the position. Mazzuca throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. James takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mazzuca postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Mazzuca trying to control the action but James is working from the bottom. Mazzuca lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. James takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Mazzuca has knee on belly and moves into mount. Mazzuca thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. James knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mazzuca on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mazzuca thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Mazzuca connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
James is bucking up trying to escape but Mazzuca cracks him with another couple of good strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! James is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
A big strike lands for Mazzuca! That's really hurt James and he's turned his back - Mazzuca keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Mazzuca jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rock shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rock was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Griffin is looking to reverse the position. Rock tries to advance to mount but Griffin denies him. Griffin tries to bench press Rock off him but Rock keeps the position. Griffin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rock. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rock is looking to take a break and control but Griffin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rock is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Griffin is trying to escape and Rock transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Griffin is forced to tap! Nice work there by Rock! Very nice indeed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Frankie Rock! A relieved looking Frankie Rock thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fili fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. TupperII looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. TupperII takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fili throws an uppercut from half a mile away. TupperII sees it coming and avoids it easily. Fili fails to land with a series of punches.

You can't force these things though and Fili defends well. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! TupperII working a defensive guard here.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. TupperII has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fili can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. TupperII looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Fili is defending well. TupperII quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Fili has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! TupperII celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
