The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Molotov scores with a body shot.
A head kick misses from Molotov. Foreman V checks a low kick from Molotov. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Molotov, right into the meat.
Foreman V is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Foreman V blocks a jab. Molotov misses with a body shot.

Molotov lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Foreman V circles away quickly and effectively. Molotov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Molotov lands with a kick to the temple. Foreman V shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like George Foreman V has been cut. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Molotov.
That's one minute gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Molotov misses the target. Molotov throws a jab but it's blocked by Foreman V. Molotov misses with a hook. Foreman V takes a kick to the side of the head. Foreman V tries to clinch but Molotov is having none of it. Molotov getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Foreman V goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Alexander Molotov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Molotov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gagne has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Wade darts in and clinches Gagne up against the ropes. Wade tries for a takedown. No joy.
Wade is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Gagne gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Wade trying to stall but Gagne improves his position.
Gagne manages to break the clinch.

Gagne is looking to work some ground and pound but Wade has wrist control. Gagne connects with a couple of short punches. Gagne wants to control from the top but Wade keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gagne content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Wade escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gagne gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gagne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wade swivels though and keeps the full guard. Wade looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Gagne puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gagne missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Gagne scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Wade is looking to control Gagne's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wade avoid being mounted? Gagne working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Moriarty decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Shlemenko closes the distance looking to clinch and Moriarty counters by moving into the clinch. Moriarty drops down looking for an ankle pick but Shlemenko pulls his leg out and moves away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Shlemenko stuffs the takedown.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Roy Mitchel. I think Mitchel has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
