Emery misses with a series of wild punches.
Jim looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Jim ducks under a wild hook from Emery.
Emery displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jim.

Emery fails with an attempt to clinch.

Emery throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jim.

Emery is trying to break the clinch but Jim is controlling him.
Jim keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Emery's efforts to push away.

Jim on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Emery. Emery obviously looking to wear him down.

Emery gets a clinch.
Jim is trying desperately to land a takedown but Emery is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jim.
Emery tries to break free but Jim pushes him back against the cage.
Emery lands with a left to the head.
Jim tries to pull guard but Emery won't allow it.
Emery scores with a shoulder strike.

Emery manages to break the clinch.

Emery fakes the body blow, causing Jim to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Jim goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Shin misses with an uppercut
and Yotsuba counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Yotsuba drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Yotsuba takes a swing at Shin's ribcage but misses.
Shin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yotsuba connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Shin momentarily.
Yotsuba throws an overhand right that lands on Shin's shoulder, as Shin tries to avoid the shot.
Shin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Yotsubas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Shin throws a lazy right hand but Yotsuba sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A swing and a miss from Yotsuba.
Yotsuba on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Shin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Yotsuba's corner calls for a 1-2. Yotsuba obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shin misses with a two punch combination.
A swing and a miss from Shin.
Yotsuba throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shin sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Yotsuba feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Shins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Shin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hyung Shin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Yotsuba misses its intended target.

Yotsuba uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Shin.
Yotsuba will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Yotsuba throws a big shot that misses.
Shin loads up on a big right hand but Yotsuba slips the punch.
Shin cracks Yotsuba with a good jab.
Shin looks to land a right hand but Yotsuba moved out of range.
Yotsuba Rushes Shin and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Shin is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Yotsuba Piles on the pressure and Shin crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Devin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pulchra was well out of range. Poor timing from Devin.

Pulchra closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Devin to the mat! Devin manages to get full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Devin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pulchra on the ground.

Devin is in trouble now - Pulchra has advanced to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
BOOM! Pulchra connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Pulchra drops a big elbow. That's hurt Devin! More shots from Pulchra and the ref steps in! The fight is over!

Joikhaaja tries to score a power double leg takedown but Akhilleus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Joikhaaja somewhat.
Achilles Akhilleus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aslak Joikhaaja.
Joikhaaja changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Akhilleus tries to avoid it but Joikhaaja manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Akhilleus to the ground. Akhilleus escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Akhilleus throws a head kick but Joikhaaja moves out of range.
