Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kane Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hildebrand Coenan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kane Fury has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kane Fury seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of London, Kane Fury! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hildebrand Coenan! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coenan scores with a nice head shot. Coenan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Coenan lands with a nice body punch. Coenan lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. A looping hook to the body misses from Coenan. Fury does a little dance to reset his feet. Fury doesn't succeed with the takedown so Coenan counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Coenan with a flurry of punches that miss. Coenan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fury is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Coenan moves into full guard.
Coenan has his hands on Fury's head, controlling the position. Fury trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Coenan wants to sweep here but Fury controlling him for the moment. Fury postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coenan lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fury! Fury is in all sorts of trouble here.
Fury is in a horrible position here. Coenan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Coenan has hold of Fury's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Fury manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huron closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Swayne misses with an elbow strike.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Huron swats away the attempt to clinch by Swayne. Swayne clinches. Swayne turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Swayne manages to end up in side control. Swayne really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill... The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Huron is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Swayne tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Swayne landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Swayne not landing any meaningful shots this time. Swayne wants to stand up but Huron is controlling the position.
Swayne is trying to control. Huron wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Swayne dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Huron will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Huron throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Swayne fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Huron avoids it really well and circles away. Huron throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swayne gets the takedown into side control. Huron prevents Swayne from improving position. Swayne scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Huron to see if he's OK. Swayne in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Swayne is chipping away with strikes.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Swayne works to advance to full mount. Huron defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Swayne cracks Huron with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Swayne is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Huron can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

It looks like Bryce Bates has been cut. Bates throws out a loose jab but Dubz uses good head movement to avoid it. Bates tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dubz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bates somewhat. Dubz lands a big right hand that sends Bates crashing to the mat! Dubz stays standing though and waves Bates back to his feet!
Bates is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dubz fakes the body blow, causing Bates to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Bates goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Phillips throws a right and a left that Gaard avoids nicely. Phillips scores with a jab. Gaard acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Phillips throws a sloppy head kick and Gaard moves out of range easily. Phillips throws a leg kick but Gaard sees it coming and moves out of range. Phillips misses with a double jab.

That's one minute gone in the round. Phillips misses with a looping right. Phillips darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Phillips throws a right and a left that both miss. Phillips throws a right and a left that Gaard avoids nicely. Gaard throws a good cross that connects.
Gaard is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Phillips.
Gaard is rocked! Phillips Rushes Gaard and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Gaard is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Phillips Piles on the pressure and Gaard crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
