The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chalmers thuds his right hand into Ali's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kyle Chalmers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chalmers with a hook. Ali throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chalmers. Ali misses with a few strikes there.

Ali rushes Chalmers and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Ali breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ali fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Chalmers lands a nice hook to Ali's body. Ali takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Nice body kick there by Ali. Ali drives through with a takedown into guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ali sitting in guard here, content to control. Ali drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Ali seems to have locked his on tight now - Chalmers screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ali, as he picks up the win!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Berglah misses with an uppercut. Berglah throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hurmio was covering up waiting for the punch and Berglah finishes the takedown easily into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Berglah trying to control but Hurmio is working from the bottom. Hurmio looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Berglah accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hurmio holds on and takes a little breather. Hurmio could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hurmio keeping moving, preventing Berglah from controlling successfully. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Harris throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Harris throws a front kick that sends Mac stumbling back into the cage. Harris lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mac circles away quickly and effectively. Harris connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Harris scores with a punch to the head.
